Todd is a “go with the flow” kind of guy (a gentleman, not salesy or pushy) who listens to what you want then quietly produces it. He answered my many questions and was honest in stating his likes and dislikes about a vehicle which brought my attention to things I hadn’t thought of. Working with Todd has been a refreshing experience in the auto sales business. I knew he wasn't saying something in order to make a sale but was looking out for my best interest. When the numbers didn’t work on my first choice he found another car that did work out. I love my new Highlander! Todd went the extra mile by helping me return a leased vehicle to another dealership, plus he spent extra time teaching me how to use the electronics in my new car. After an incredibly stressful week researching available used cars in my area, I was pleased to find a dealership and salesperson who made the process so much easier. Vito Vita was a real pleasure to work with; he was friendly, personable, and as genuinely honest as one could hope to find in his profession. I was purchasing a Ford vehicle in a Toyota dealership, so it was natural that there were a few questions I had about the car that Vito did not know right away. He was 100% up front with me about his knowledge of the car, and when he did not know something, he would go out of his way to find me the answer within minutes. He and another Koons sales person went above and beyond by finding quotes for me on after market feature additions, recommending which ones I could get through their dealership and which ones would be cheaper for me to get myself. Their Finance Manager was also great to work with, taking care to go through every detail and option with me, while expediting the process as much as possible. Overall, a very welcoming atmosphere, spotless facilities, and friendly staff - would recommend!

I want to give a big thank you to Koons of Annapolis and especially Don Williams. I went to Koons in Annapolis after having a bad experience with Browns Toyota of Glen Burnie. After getting the run around by the other dealer, Don Williams actually listened to what I was saying and took the time to investigate my issue. I was further surprised when Don suggested a much less costly solution to my issue than I was expecting. He felt confident that they had found my problem and so far all has been resolved. He also took the time to educate me on my Prius and gave me sound advice for the future. The waiting room is fantastic and they seem to do a pretty good job of keeping you advised on progress. This dealership is a little further for me to travel to, but I definitely will make the trip back the next time.
