I was told that a rear wheel drive truck had all-wheel drive and that the traction control switch was actually a four wheel control. It seemed like a good... truck so I decided to negotiate anyway and when I was presented with the bill, the advertised $9000 price increased by $1500 due to a “reconditioning “ fee. This was the cost of the things they had done to the truck to make it saleavle so there was no option to decline, it was simply the case that the advertised price was a lie. Take your business eleswhere.

I talked to several in sales over 3 days to purchase a car. They told me it was available. They confirmed my appointment the morning of. I told them I... would be there at 8am and they told me to come in at 10am so they could have their morning meeting. When I got there I was first informed the car had been sold earlier that day at 10 am. It wasn’t even 10am yet. Then they told me it had a dent and was gone because it had to be taken somewhere else. Then they showed it to me on the lot. Then a girl walked out and they said she just bought it. Then they told me it was sold the night before. I drove an hour and 45 minutes to purchase the vehicle. To top all of that off at the end of our trip they said they’d fill our car up with gas for the trip, took the keys and gave them back without even doing that. I don’t understand this customer service AT ALL. An hour later I get an email thanking me for coming in with other cars they have available. The top car IS THE ONE I JUST TRIED TO BUY! Unbelievable. Good on anyone who had a good experience but I just don’t understand that service at all. Would love to get ahold of an owner or someone toward the top to report this very serious and unprofessional behavior. You just don’t waste people’s time like that and lie over and over. That’s not how you run a successful business.

We flew from south central PA because of the great price. Marc, our salesman, was fantastic. And the dealership is the best one we ever dealt with. They... quickly took care of a few things that came after we got back home in PA. Their commitment to us even though we live couple hundred miles away, is second to none. This experience has been the best we could have imagined. Will we be going back for our next purchase? You better believe it.
Paid for a 6 yr 6,000 service contract on my 2012 Avenger. Paid $3805.00 at time of signing...my car has been in the shop for over 2 weeks now, and representative... in Springfield branch tells me my service contract was voided before it even started (and Nissan service contract has verified it) and no one will return my calls or help. DO NOT buy from Jeff Wyler!

After appeasing the vehicle we where not satisfied with the trade allowance nicely we ask for the keys back they held them basicly hostage after about... the 10th time asking to go get the keys they finally did so. this dealership dose not go off of true blue book nor NADA average trade in. they use a website that looks like it but the same numbers that you punch in on your home computer or phone do not match nor dose it match what the bank says worth.

Purchased car last evening and within 24 hours brought back to Jeff Wyler Kia Fairfield for low tire pressure where the service department proceeded to... cause major damage to the vehicle. The dealership, and specifically it’s manager Nick, has failed to exceed consumer expectations. See attached for photo evidence of severe neglect and extreme carelessness by Jeff Wyler Kia of Fairfield. If I could provide less than a one star rating, I would certainly do so. I will never purchase another vehicle from the Jeff Wyler automotive group and will highly recommend nobody else do so either.

Inquired about a car with a price on cars.com and was put through 3 days of hassle. When I finally got a formal quote it was $2400 more than what had been... discussed. I wouldn't trust these guys as they seem to be either unethical, incompetent, or both. Try a different dealer.

Went into the dealer looking for a nice midsize sedan and left with a new 2019 Nissan Altima. My salesman, JP, was great and understood my wants and needs-actually... the entire staff was great. I left there feeling confident in my purchase and felt I have a new dealer that will be my future dealer. Thank you!
Unfortunately, I just learned that my salesperson, Tara Barnett, pulled a Bait and Switch on me and artificially inflated my car price by $2,000. And perhaps... all the sales people at Jeff Wyler Fairfield don't operate like that, but buyer beware... Through deception and double talk, Tara was able to extort an additional $2,000 from me, right under my nose.
