    Unfortunately, I just learned that my salesperson, Tara Barnett, pulled a Bait and Switch on me and artificially inflated my car price by $2,000. And perhaps... all the sales people at Jeff Wyler Fairfield don't operate like that, but buyer beware... Through deception and double talk, Tara was able to extort an additional $2,000 from me, right under my nose.

    We flew from south central PA because of the great price. Marc, our salesman, was fantastic. And the dealership is the best one we ever dealt with. They... quickly took care of a few things that came after we got back home in PA. Their commitment to us even though we live couple hundred miles away, is second to none. This experience has been the best we could have imagined. Will we be going back for our next purchase? You better believe it.

    I am so disappointed with Jeff Wyler Nissan in Fairfield. The service department leaves much to be desired. The level of customer service is poor. I... raised my concerns to Eric McClure, Sales Manager - Daniel Twilling, Sales Consultant - Service Manager - Steve Lacey, Corporate Customer Service and no one has taken any interest in my concerns. The efficiency of the service department is poor. Trying to get a shuttle ride to my job was delayed and the service manager showed little concern over my delay at his shop. The service advisor didn't have any details regarding the warranty repairs made on my Rogue and could not explain to me what was involved with the service bulletin. No one at the dealership or at the corporate office seems to care about the customer after the new vehicle is purchased. My next vehicle will be purchased from another dealership .

    My sales person was Dena McClain. She did a wonderful job. Very knowlegable, and helpful. She wasn't pressuring me to buy, and answered all of my questions.... She went above and beyond her job to make sure i had what I needed, and wanted. I will recommend her to my family and friends whenver they are ready to buy a vhicle.

    I bought a brand new 2016 Pathfinder from this dealership. Although the buying experience was exceptional, I strongly caution anyone from taking their... car here for service. My car has been there since Tuesday night for a service appointment at 10:45 yesterday morning. Not one person called us yesterday to let us know about the coolant leak the car was there for. We started calling them yesterday afternoon for an update and not one person could tell us anything about our car. The only option they gave us was to leave voicemails and no one returned our voicemails, including the service manager. Even this morning, over 24 hours after our scheduled appointment, no one had called us. When we called this morning, we were told the service manager was “too busy” to talk with us and we were put into yet another voicemail. We finally called the sales manager we bought the car from and he went over to see what was going on. We then got a call full of attitude from a lady named Erin. There was no apology for no one calling us back. She said they didn’t see a leak and told us to come and get our car. My husband told her exactly where the leak was and she continued to say there was no leak. My husband is now on his way to the dealership to personally show them where the leak is. This is by far the worst customer service we have ever experienced at a dealership. We will NEVER be back. Beware if you choose to use them for service
