    We flew from south central PA because of the great price. Marc, our salesman, was fantastic. And the dealership is the best one we ever dealt with. They quickly took care of a few things that came after we got back home in PA. Their commitment to us even though we live couple hundred miles away, is second to none. This experience has been the best we could have imagined. Will we be going back for our next purchase? You better believe it.

    I went in to get my ac fixed and I've had my car about 3 years I asked Jessie Wagner and Chris Patton to look into see how much it would be to trade my car in. It was 7 o'clock when I asked they close at 9 they didn't once hesitate to give me the best service ever ! Put me in my dream car worker back and forth with their boss to get me at a price that I wished for ! I was not an easy customer I know what I want . They were there til 11 o'clock when I finally decided I wanted the Nissan rouge. They are amazing and never gave up on me .

    I am a return customer because I love my Cadillac and because I love working with John Reed at Wyler Cadillac. His service and personality brought me back to the dealership to return my 2015 leased crossover and then, to lease another 2017 Cadillac. I trust John to help me throughout the process and to then follow up with great customer service. John also is very helpful when a problem occurs and is always available to "reteach" what I have forgotten with the extensive technology package. John instills confidence and provides the reassurance that Wyler Cadillac will stand behind it's products and it's customers. So happy to have worked with John!!

    I have both leased and purchased cars many times and in multiple states. There is no doubt that the buying experience that I had was one of the best. Christopher was so knowledgeable about the car and its features. I had a specific make, model, color and accessories in mind. They didn't have the car at Fairfield but got the car from another location while I was doing the paperwork and I drove home in it. This is what a car buying experience should be.

    Because of another dealer's problem, I had a 2014 Kia Sorento SXL towed to Jeff Wyler Kia to be serviced. Long story short, another supposedly reputable dealer in Dayton sold the Sorento knowing that it would stall out randomly. It wasn't until I drove back to Cincinnati before I realize that it is a major problem. Although their service technicians initially were unable to replicate the stalling problem, service advisor Bob Koren went above and beyond his responsibility and drove the vehicle for 20 minutes to replicate the problem and confirm that what I experienced was not a fluke. They were very responsive to me, kept me updated on everything they were doing, including diagnosis and proposed fixes. At this point, I simply wanted my old car back so they helped me to get all my stuff out of the Sorento in to a rental car so that I can simply swap everything out when the other dealership gives me my old car back. Even after I left, they were still very responsive because I left my license plate and garage opener in the old car. They retrieved them for me and delivered them on my visit later that day. Even then, they still helped me by giving me a couple of license plate screws, figured out how to get my old rusted screws out of my old vehicle and installed my license plate back on it. Note, throughout this whole time, they didn't charge me a penny for any of this. Everything they did was very forthcoming about what's wrong with the vehicle, how to fix it, and my options. It is thanks to Bob Koren and the team of service technicians that I have decided to make my next purchase at Jeff Wyler Kia. A dealership is only as good as its service department, and Wyler Kia's is top-notch. I look forward to working with them on my next vehicle purchase.
