I bought a brand new 2016 Pathfinder from this dealership. Although the buying experience was exceptional, I strongly caution anyone from taking thei...r car here for service. My car has been there since Tuesday night for a service appointment at 10:45 yesterday morning. Not one person called us yesterday to let us know about the coolant leak the car was there for. We started calling them yesterday afternoon for an update and not one person could tell us anything about our car. The only option they gave us was to leave voicemails and no one returned our voicemails, including the service manager. Even this morning, over 24 hours after our scheduled appointment, no one had called us. When we called this morning, we were told the service manager was “too busy” to talk with us and we were put into yet another voicemail. We finally called the sales manager we bought the car from and he went over to see what was going on. We then got a call full of attitude from a lady named Erin. There was no apology for no one calling us back. She said they didn’t see a leak and told us to come and get our car. My husband told her exactly where the leak was and she continued to say there was no leak. My husband is now on his way to the dealership to personally show them where the leak is. This is by far the worst customer service we have ever experienced at a dealership. We will NEVER be back. Beware if you choose to use them for service

About a Year ago I was getting a oil change at Jeff Wyler Kia in Fairfield. I Had Questions seen a Lady going past that asked me If I was ok did I nee...d anything. I had questions so I asked her. Carolyn Campbell was great she answer all my Questions and concerns and she made sure I fully understood what her answer were, thank you. She made me want to come back to Jeff Wyler Kia Fairfield and I have ever since . Mr. Wyler you have a hard worker in Carolyn Campbell she is Marvelous. We Purchased a 2015 Yukon Denali on June 8th 2017. We were about 10 miles away from the dealership and the vehicle started to overheat. They had to to...w the vehicle back to the dealership and give us cadillac to drive home. They told us they would return the Yukon back to us on Monday once they fixed it. Everyday up until June 18th. The salesman John, text me on June 18th and told me he was on his way with the Yukon because it was fixed, then I received a text 3 hours later that the keys were locked in the mechanics tool box and that I would not be receiving my Yukon. On June 19th, I called the dealership asking what was going on with the Yukon, I received a call from Steve, come to find out, they have to put a whole new motor in the Yukon, unsure why we were not told this the week before. The dealership finally returned the Yukon to us on July 11th 2017. When we received the Yukon I found an empty pop bottle, moldy cookies under the seat and the headliner of the car was dirty. There was a piece that was missing to the arm rest of the chair and clips that were missing that holds the plastic piece over the motor. There is also an issue with the air ride system. I called the dealership on July 11th 2017 to tell them about the vehicle not being detailed and all the other issues. I had to leave a message, never received a call back, called the next day, never received call back. I called that Monday the 17th, no call back. Finally on Wedsneday 19th I spoke with Rod, he said he would speak with Cedric and Cedric would be calling me. Friday 21st came, still never heard from Cedric, so I called Rod back and he told me he was unsure why Cedric did not call and he will make sure he Calls me 1st that Monday morning. I never heard from Cedric so I decided to call the Sringfield dealership to see if they would assist me in these issues. They told me there that Steve from Fairfield would be calling me shortly. Steve called and said he would be speaking with Cedric and Cedric would be calling me about these issues. July 31st left message with Cedric because I have not heard from him. August 1st, I called Cedric and left a message again, finally received a call back. Cedric told me that Steve would be calling me to take care of these problems. August 3rd I called and left a message with Steve because I have not heard from him. Steve called me back and said he does not understand what the issue is and they feel they have done everything they could do to take care of these problems. I have now decided to take the vehicle to a dealership near me to be fixed. I have learned that this dealership has very poor communication skills and are not willing to fix the issues that need to be fixed. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I went in to get my ac fixed and I've had my car about 3 years I asked Jessie Wagner and Chris Patton to look into see how much it would be to trade m...y car in. It was 7 o'clock when I asked they close at 9 they didn't once hesitate to give me the best service ever ! Put me in my dream car worker back and forth with their boss to get me at a price that I wished for ! I was not an easy customer I know what I want . They were there til 11 o'clock when I finally decided I wanted the Nissan rouge. They are amazing and never gave up on me .
Because of another dealer's problem, I had a 2014 Kia Sorento SXL towed to Jeff Wyler Kia to be serviced. Long story short, another supposedly reputab...le dealer in Dayton sold the Sorento knowing that it would stall out randomly. It wasn't until I drove back to Cincinnati before I realize that it is a major problem. Although their service technicians initially were unable to replicate the stalling problem, service advisor Bob Koren went above and beyond his responsibility and drove the vehicle for 20 minutes to replicate the problem and confirm that what I experienced was not a fluke. They were very responsive to me, kept me updated on everything they were doing, including diagnosis and proposed fixes. At this point, I simply wanted my old car back so they helped me to get all my stuff out of the Sorento in to a rental car so that I can simply swap everything out when the other dealership gives me my old car back. Even after I left, they were still very responsive because I left my license plate and garage opener in the old car. They retrieved them for me and delivered them on my visit later that day. Even then, they still helped me by giving me a couple of license plate screws, figured out how to get my old rusted screws out of my old vehicle and installed my license plate back on it. Note, throughout this whole time, they didn't charge me a penny for any of this. Everything they did was very forthcoming about what's wrong with the vehicle, how to fix it, and my options. It is thanks to Bob Koren and the team of service technicians that I have decided to make my next purchase at Jeff Wyler Kia. A dealership is only as good as its service department, and Wyler Kia's is top-notch. I look forward to working with them on my next vehicle purchase.

Bought a 2015 from this dealer in 2016. Went for the first oil change and got 5 or 6 miles down the road and the oil light started dinging. Pulled ove...r looked under the vehicle and oil was pouring out. Called the dealer and they towed it in and made what I thought was a repair, Noticed a few oil spots here and there but seem to be ok. Most recently check engine came on, scheduled an appointment, told them to fix that and go ahead and do another oil change. Check engine code was for a faulty oil pressure sensor. but it took 3 days to find this out after calling the dealer 5 times. And to top it off the first 2 times I called they had no idea where my vehicle was. Bottom line they said they were not qualified to make the repairs. I picked my vehicle up and took it to another dealer. Oh and wylers never changed my oil as well. The new dealer I took my vehicle to fixed my problem and changed my oil. then they told me when the oil is changed you have to replace a gasket. They told me that it looks as if it had NEVER been changed and most likely caused the problem. Bought a warranty with Wylers but I am out the money with the 2nd dealer. No more business for me. Lastly one of their own employees told me that they would never use the Wyler Service Dept.

Today was the best day of my life besides the day I was married. I came in initially to get my passenger light fixed while waiting, I was greeted by... the store manager in the show room and her response was who want to not make a car not until May and she could get me into a 2017 Nissan Rogue my car was a 2013 love my 2013 but who don't want a newer model. Long story short I test drove a 2017 Rogue, can you say I LOVED IT. Went to pick up my husband from home he also liked the way it road. My sales consultant was Christopher M Patton, Sr he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He also showed us how to work the apps on the vehicle so the over our experience at Nissan today was wonderful great awesome and so was Christopher. Thank you sincerely Jai & Yolonda Parks.
