I bought a 2014 Chevy Malibu. I was very pleased with my service. James Wright and Ketchel Strauss were great to work with! They were very courteous and did everything to make my purchase a good experience. I have been buying all of my cars at Jeff Wyler for 15 years. The service department is always doing what they can to make sure I am also taken care of.

I knew I wanted an Equinox but wasn't sure if I...

I knew I wanted an Equinox but wasn't sure if I wanted an LT or LS. John Stottman walked with me for at least an hour showing me the different colors and the differences in the two styles. I finally decided on the LT and after the financing was done and my car was ready to go, John showed me how to work all the new toys. He even hooked me up with remote link for the phone before I left. John went out of his way and I'm a very happy customer.

Great experience

Steve and I essentially negotiated the final price via e-mail with exception of trade in. With as low as price was, I was expecting some hidden charge somewhere. Came in and everything was exactly as stated and received fair trade-in (right in middle of KBB estimate). Steve was freat to deal with. He was very responsive to e-mails and respectful of my time. Have purchased many new cars and this might have been the easiest. Jeff Wyler CJD beat all the other dealers offers by at least 4-5% which is significant on a 45K vehicle.

This is our sixth car from Jeff Wyler.

Larry Moore took our call over the phone and then showed us around to all the cars my husband like. He was patient and listened to see what type of car my husband liked and was in our budget that we sat aside for a new car. When it got late and kids were getting restless, he showed cold bottles of water was and set them up with the tv remote so they could entertain theirselves while we notigated a fair price.

The JOURNEY to DODGE

My experience with JeffWyler Batavia and specially with Scott Stone was nothing less then a delight. It started with a email exchange followed by two phone calls and 1 visit to the dealership. And I was so impressed by the fiendliness, helpfulness and personal touch of Scott Stone that I ended up purchasing the car that I wanted at a price that I wanted with the features I wanted. Finance was made easy, options were shared (based on my employer) that I was not aware and I ended up saving 1% on loan rate. I strongly recommend working with Scott Stone and Jeff Wyler Batavia. Our experience at a Kia dealership

Our overall experience was good. I would suggest knowing what car you want before going. Once you know what you want and the price you want to pay, Jeff Wyler will get you in that car for the price you want. We were satisfied with the deal we agreed on. We absolutely love the car itself. Staff was friendly and accommodating but more pushy than I was comfortable with - I'm not a good haggler. At times I felt that the sales techniques were very transparent which kind of made me a bit distrustful. I would still recommend this dealer to a friend and our experience was positive enough that we will likely go back.
