Biggest scam don’t go there

They are basically a huge scam and disappointment. I did speak with a representative. I made sure they have the car in their lot. They even send me the picture. I drove 45 minutes to see the car to be told the car has been sold, and they have other options for me!!!!! I wonder how is that if they were making the deal how is that? They couldn’t call me and let me know not to come? So unprofessional.

Out of state purchase was smooth as silk!

My entire transaction at Ed Morse Sawgrass Automall was smooth, start to finish. If it were not for the fact I was an out of state buyer, I would refer anyone here in a heartbeat! My Florida friends already know to come visit when in the need of a new vehicle!

The service! Todd is amazing and genuine. He also will recommend car parts my car my need which I wasn't thinking about but understand their importance. I also like leaving with a clean car!

1st Class Service Department

My service advisor, Alberto Salas, took my vehicle promptly at the appointed time, was professional, courteous, professional and informative. He helped me plan future service and advised as to would be required based on mileage.

Service department takes a long time.

Service department takes a long time. Expect to wait 3-4 hours on a oil change. Spent 100k on a vehicle and have to return for recall. They won’t have a vehicle to lend while the recall will take 9 hours. I bet if I spent that much at Audi they would accommodate me. I cancelled appointment.
