Ed Morse Sets The Bar Once Again

I absolutely LOVE working with the Team at Ed Morse Sawgrass Chevy Dealership. It starts with the Manager, Ati Ince, who is always available to answer any questions that I might have. He also worked with me to make this deal happen! This is going on my 4th or 5th lease with Ati and his Team. My sales associates Jason Pittmon and Gus Ince were awesome as well, including Henry Gonzalez in Finance. Jason took the time to transfer all of my belongings from one car to the other and also program my Apple Play/Navigation system. Let's not forgot the service team Manager Jose. He's my go-to service associate. Ed Morse Chevy continues to WOW me and create an awesome customer experience that has me coming bak each time my lease is up for renewal.

Friendly staff and direct one on one service. Wide range of vehicles to choose from. On-site insurance agent was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Can't find better

Each time I arrive, or call, each staff member treats me like customers used to be treated years ago, like my time is worthy and they're there to ensure I walk away pleased. I have had more than a few vehicles serviced in my days. This is, by far, the best dealership I've worked with.

Out of state purchase, happy customers

We bought the car from out of state. Everything was done and prepared before we flew in. Everybody at the Ed Morse Sawgrass Automall was very nice, especially Justin Smith who spent a lot of time with us, explained in detail everything. It was more than just a great customer service, he was very friendly and nice. And to someone with moderate to severe social anxiety it mattered a lot. We chose to purchase our car in Florida (from Tennessee) because of the very competitive price, and professional level of the management - Michael Tavin, and Justin Smith our Sales and Leasing Consultant on site made everything smooth and pleasant. We are very happy with the experience and our new car!!

From out of state and purchased a vehicle. They have been unresponsive to handle problems. I would not recommend them.
