Arrived at 7:40am for B-Service. Car was ready to go by 11:30am. Advisor was patient and understanding. It would be even better if the waiting lounge could provide more food though.

I live in Alameda and I come all the way to Belmont just for their good service. The service for my car was done in under an hour. The staff here are really passionate about their job and in providing the best possible service for their customers. I will continue to get my service here!

Sales, after sales and service was a great experience. We live in San Francisco but we go all the way to Belmont bec the staff are very warm, friendly and helpful.

Everything about my visit was excellent. The sales executive was very attentive and the finance person was very efficient. I got the best car ever.

I booked the appointment online and without a wait I was at the dealership in 30 mins. The dealership offered shuttle service to drop me back at my home and shuttled me to pick up my car when it was ready. My car was inspected by Anthony who was very diligent and explained me things that I didn't knew. He was very polite and patient. I was given the estimate that the car would be ready within 2.5 hours and it was ready right on time. I would certainly come back here for my B service. Also, dealership offers lot of offers on Car services, do check it out.

Customer service was great. We were attended quite fast. The only thing was the wait to sign the documents took way too long. i guess we should have expected the purchasing process to be about 4 hours.
