    My wife and I are fairly young and we're new to the car buying experience. We spent time at other dealerships but felt too much pressure to drive something new home that day. Luckily we met Todd Stork, a salesman at Flatiron Acura. We told Todd what we would like to have in a car and the price we wanted to spend. He helped us look at a few different options and showed us many cars. Naturally, the one we fell in love with was slightly over our budget. Todd was incredibly helpful in the negotiating process and helped us get a car that we were extremely happy with. What I appreciated so much about Todd was that we felt absolutely no pressure in buying the car. Since having the car for a couple of weeks he has reached out multiple times to make sure we are happy. Todd also went above and beyond to come in on his day off to help us close the deal. I know it doesn't seem like much but he took time away from his family to help us out. Thanks so much to Flatiron Acura, but more importantly thanks to Todd Stork. If your in need of some new wheels I highly recommend him!

    This is my third Subaru and the second one that I've purchased from Flatirons Subaru. The repair estimate on my 2012 Impreza with 90K miles was too high to justify so I decided it was time for a new car. Mark Berger worked with me to find the right car with the options I wanted that was in my budget. Their lender gave me a great interest rate for my excellent credit rating and the whole process was complete in 2 days.

    Flatirons has been servicing our Outback for the last 100,000 miles. The garage does a great job with keeping our car running well. Plus the service advisors are always helpful, professional, and approachable. WE had Mr. Ryan Brown help us out on the last visit and he always takes the time I need to talk about the maintenance on our car. Love going to that garage. Highly recommend that if you own a Subaru to go and give them a try.

    Maggie was very helpful, professional, polite and made suggestions, but there was no "hard sell". This has been my experience each time here, suggestions for maintenance and repairs are offered and recommended but the final decision is always up to you and if you decline, they are always respectful of your decision.

    Todd Stork helped me out at Flatirons Acura with a used vehicle. Todd was very understanding and did not put additional pressure on me as a buyer. However, the inspection of the vehicle seems to be good in certain areas and bad in others. The timing belt was done which is a huge plus, but the brakes have pad deposits (also known as warped rotors) that should have been noticed and fixed. Hoping to get them replaced under the 3000 mile warranty.

    Ryan Brown was my service adviser for an emission-system repair. He explained everything clearly and even arranged to have the inspection done before the car was released. I wish I could remember the shuttle driver's name because he was also a pleasure to work with.

    I brought my older car in to be serviced. Maggie Grewe dealt with me. She listened to my concerns about spending a lot of money on an older car and helped me determine which services to do now and which to let go or wait on. I found her warm and friendly and extremely helpful. I also want to say that I felt the service at the dealership to have gone from good to great. I liked the way customers were streamlined through the checking in process as well as having two shuttles ready to go. My driver, Mike, was very polite and friendly. Ryan Knuckles was efficient and courteous as always when I came back that evening. Probably my best experience at Flatirons Subaru Service. Five Stars! Nan from Longmont
