    We bought our FIRST CAR from Fletcher Jones Honda.Our Sales representative was Travis. He really helped us to figure out the best suitable option for us. We bought a used Honda Civic 2012. Travis helped us in test drive of several cars. He also quoted a best price for us. As it was our first car, Travis helped us beyond his duties. We live in Deerfield. So Travis came to pick up us at Union Station in his own car & I must say his car was so coool (it was Audi):) .Our overall experience with the car is so good so far. Thank you Travis and also thanks to Bill.

    OUTSTANDING service at Fletcher Jones Honda. From appointment setting to arrival to progress updates of service via email or phone call the quality of customer service is exceptional. Staff is very friendly and I know when come to Fletcher Jones I will get quality service.

    Every time I go to FJ Honda I am well taken care of. I drop off my car and the dealership drops me off where I need to go and can pick you up as well (within the designated distance). Darrius was the rep that I worked with most recently and he was awesome. I communicated that I needed to get to the metra by a certain time to get to work and made sure that I was well taken care of and had me dropped off in time. Every experience I have at FJ Honda is a pleasant one.

    Greeters were pleasant and helpful, particularly Michael Feltman. Attention was paid to previous concerns. There, were reasonable recommendations for futur care, and the. servicing done was efficient, the car was delivered clean, and is working well.

    We were kept waiting over an hour to even get a salesperson to work with. There was no one manning the front desk and multiple people walked away rather than wait around for a salesperson to randomly come up to the desk to help them. Getting our car back from their parking garage also took 30 minutes. So all together we were there 90 minutes without even getting to test drive a car/ talk to a salesperson/ see a vehicle we were interested in/ etc. Never again- they are clearly understaffed (the salesperson who asked why we were leaving agreed that that was the issue that day) and don't care about their customers experience. We asked to speak to a manager about our experience (Drew L) and were told that he was "busy" but that he was sorry we weren't happy with our experience. Totally unacceptable.

    I was looking at a new car and had an appointment with another sales consultant. This person was busy, so Davie Anderson helped me. He was really professional and provided excellent service. He helped me with two test drives and was patient and knowledgeable. I ultimately chose another brand but if I'd gone with Honda, I would have returned to Davie. I was pretty shocked when this other sales consultant called me to follow up on if I was interested in the car. I told her I'd purchased another car but passed on my compliments about Davie and said how good he was. I received this response: "I see. He MUST have done something wrong if you didn't buy from him unless it was a different brand then that makes sense". I was incensed that my judgment was being questioned and that someone would say something like that about their colleague. Very unprofessional. Davie Anderson WAS great! It was just my preference for another brand.

    Car was OK but not cleaned properly and had some minor issues with the lock on the driver side and the keys need batteries,also steering wheel has a slight rocking to it when driving on rougher roads.
