  • Great Customer Service

    We bought our FIRST CAR from Fletcher Jones Honda.Our Sales representative was Travis. He really helped us to figure out the best suitable option for ...us. We bought a used Honda Civic 2012. Travis helped us in test drive of several cars. He also quoted a best price for us. As it was our first car, Travis helped us beyond his duties. We live in Deerfield. So Travis came to pick up us at Union Station in his own car & I must say his car was so coool (it was Audi):) .Our overall experience with the car is so good so far. Thank you Travis and also thanks to Bill.

  • great customer service Inv. # 499231. BUT!

    The service & repairs were great, & Darrius was great at the start, But fail in the follow up, I am from out of state now but was born and raised in c...hicago, same neighborhood that your dealer ship is in If you ck Inv. # 499231 you will see that I had new tires & a new battery installed + other items while I was in Chicago, But after 3 tries to have Darrius email me or mail me the tire & battery warranty, I feel that he is deliberately ignoring this request, also he told me that the dignostic charge ($78.14) would be wave if I purchase the battery there, it was not waved, I do believe that he might figure that we are from out of state, and that we don't count. He would be mistaken we have a heavy present's in chicago, family not to say our grown children. I am not concern about the $78.14, if he needs it he's most welcome to it I can afford it, But I would like to have the warranties. so that I can have the proper maintance done at the prescribed time it calls for, The service & people were great Sorry about this other problem that put me off. inv. 499231

  • Very Slow Service

    Very slow closing. Took about 5 hours. Should have been maybe 2 hours. They changed the out the door price, added $300.00 for out of state purchase. N...ot a good experience.

  • Great service from Davie.

    I was looking at a new car and had an appointment with another sales consultant. This person was busy, so Davie Anderson helped me. He was really prof...essional and provided excellent service. He helped me with two test drives and was patient and knowledgeable. I ultimately chose another brand but if I'd gone with Honda, I would have returned to Davie. I was pretty shocked when this other sales consultant called me to follow up on if I was interested in the car. I told her I'd purchased another car but passed on my compliments about Davie and said how good he was. I received this response: "I see. He MUST have done something wrong if you didn't buy from him unless it was a different brand then that makes sense". I was incensed that my judgment was being questioned and that someone would say something like that about their colleague. Very unprofessional. Davie Anderson WAS great! It was just my preference for another brand.

    Car was OK but not cleaned properly and had some minor issues with the lock on the driver side and the keys need batteries,also steering wheel has a s...light rocking to it when driving on rougher roads.

    Great place to buy a car! I can't say enough how impressed I was with the entire process, no pressure at any point, no sales gimmicks. I drove 2 1/2 h...ours there and it was well worth it.   • Clean facilities

    Very good conversations with the salesman. But after purchasing the car, I found inside my car's hood is dirty. They didn't clean around the engine.

  • Happy with my purchase

    I found a great deal through this website for a certified preowned civic. I communicated back and forth with Dana who was a great help. We have 3 kids... and i tried to get a lot of the main questions out via email. Dana was great with answering most of them. The buying process wasn't too bad except for the financing. It took a bit of back and forth with what they wanted me to take versus what i was pre-approved for. In the end we agreed on something i was comfortable with and I have a new to me car at a great price. I would definitely come back and refer to a friend.
