After you sign sales paperwork any and all issues arises and you call/text and get dismissed, NO RETURN CALLS NO RETURN TEXTS NO RESOLUTIONS!! 30 DAY TAGS EXPIRED 4 DAYS AGO, And we find out our tag paperwork wasnt sent, yet we are going out of state tonight and they refuse to issue new temporary tag even though they are the ones who failed to do paperwork in a timely manner CAR WAS FILTHTY, missing floor mats and more. Just because they fail its forcing us to drive a car with illegal plates and don't give me that crap about they are good for 10 days after expiration date! When I asked if other states will honor expired temp tags, dealer wouldn't answer that. I stress customer service is only on point UNTIL you sign the paperwork and once you walk out the door with keys in hand Raleigh Auction Direct forgets you just paid them $35,000 for a vehicle they will not help you resolve any issues because they got your check !! We STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE FROM PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM Raleigh Auction Direct. I am beyond furious and we will discourage anyone from buying from Raleigh Auction Direct!!
