Hagerstown Ford was amazing! The dealership had exactly what I was looking for. The facility was clean and neat. I feel like I paid a fair price for my truck. The staff was exceptional especially Brandon.

Purchased used 2020 F250. I had a specific price point and the negotiations were easy for all. I?m happy and the used vehicle only had 2400 miles on it. Like new.

Recall work done within a week of notification. Dropped off vehicle at 8am and was ready by 11.30 the same day. People were very friendly and still professional.

Unable to receive service when appointment was set 2 weeks in advance. Car was not washed or vacuumed as promised. Although it was delivered as promised. Original problem still exists but not as loud as before.
