New Car - Mike is the best!

My dad has always gotten his cars from Ford, and is always satisfied. Mike Reid is always there to help us and always knows what?s best for us. I just purchased my first car and couldn?t be more pleased. Thank you Mike for helping and going through the process with me.

Worst Nightmare

My first mistake was going to this dealer for a new 2019 Ford Ranger in Dec of 2019. One of the people in the back room did what I asked them not to do and registered my Vehicle and caused me to lose my Disabled Vet tag. I ended up paying for that tag twice until I got it back. It took two months to get this rectified and the person in the back room (Donna) did not seem like she could even care. Sales staff was OK, but the back room left me sour on this dealer and I am not the only one from Martinsburg to have this problem. My second mistake was going there for my Rangers 1st Oil change at 3,000 miles. Lugs were broken off and the hub was damaged. All for a freaking oil change. I had to go home in a rental car. It took me two days to get the truck back, and although their was no charge, I doubt that I will go back for any type of service, that is not warranty service. Two xxxx days and they did not even wash the truck (it was in the 70's). Service people got defensive when I asked why the lugs were broken just to change oil. Their response was "Ford makes us do it" Sounds like BS to me. I have purchased new cars from this dealer before the last being in 1984, and we did not go back since that time due to prior problems. I was going to purchase a new Ford SUV for my wifes birthday and she informed me she would rather walk first. We ended up with a new KIA Telluride instead. These guys just keep shooting themselves in the foot. Its going to take a lot to get me back in there. I would not reccomend this dealer to anyone for any reason. I do not deal with the dealer in Martinsburg, because I had a salesman just blatantly like to me about a cars features a few years back. Since the time I was in the old Massy Ford (Now Hagerstown Ford) I have purchased 13 new cars and 5 used cars for my family and children. I am not really that hard to please. My wife and I both were commuters for much of the last 20 years of our respective Careers.

2008 Bullitt Mustang Body repair

Was an easy experience getting car repaired. Work was excellent.

Oil change

All items I had to do was done very well. The battery was replaced with most under warranty

Fine service

Even though it took a bit longer than expected, Hagerstown Ford did an excellent job resolving the issues. It was a nice touch that my vehicle was washed.

Worst Customer Service with Excuses

No one can or will answer the phone in the service department even the service managers call goes to voice mail! Will never go back to this dealership for anything. They have no problem calling you for a sales call though!
