They try to charge me $2256.

They try to charge me $2256.76 dólars. And they do only visual diagnostics. I told him that if I pay again they assure me that with that the leaking oil would be stop and he told me that he didn't know. They do bad diagnostics! I brought the car here in February to get it fixed because it was leaking oil. Apparently, they did a "professional" diagnosis, but it wasn't the continuous leaking oil. I brought it back because it's leaking oil in that area again. And they simply told me that the price is like that. I should clean the oil and see if it's fixed and if not, it's another fault. But that's supposedly why they do the exact diagnosis, so I don't have to spend money again.

I have found Hagerstown Honda to always be a professional, no pressure dealership that I enjoy doing business with. I have bought all my Honda vehicles with Hagerstown Honda and have never been disappointed in both sales and service. Paul Shockey was excellent to work with, as well. excellent sales person.

excellent sales person. Excellent service department. I came to Hagerstown Honda because of Bob Barnes. Bob Barnes is the only reason I would come back Tigertown Honda.

This is for the Service Dept: I cannot express my thanks

This is for the Service Dept: I cannot express my thanks and appreciation high enough for your Service dept !!! We were on our way, driving to Florida from New Hampshire in our Honda Ridgeline when we suddenly got a check engine indicated, and we lost more than 50% of engine power. To make a long story short, we were able to get off the highway and get it towed to Hagerstown Honda. With Jarrod’s help, it was fixed promptly the next day ! We are now in Florida with a fine running Ridgeline ! Hagerstown Honda’s Service Dept. was an absolute blessing !!! We can’t say Thank You enough !!!

I have been going to their service department for years.

I have been going to their service department for years. I suspected they weren’t rotating the tires. So this time I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. Before I left I marked each tire with a different colored chalk. When I got home and I saw that it was not done. They didn’t rotate the tires. I also waited 2 1/2 hours for this to be done. I’m not even sure if the oil change was performed either. They have done a transmission fluid flush and an alignment as well that we suspected was not done either. They are not to be trusted. I will not trust them with my vehicle ever again. I knew the alignment wasn’t done because the car was immediately pulling to the left when I pulled out of the parking lot. When I brought it back to be checked again, the service manager told me “I just don’t know how new car steering feels like!” Not okay. Very unprofessional.

Update from Jauary 2024 I would not but a Kia Soul till you make sure that whole day it will work for you, they ripped me off and my payments are $682.00 a month (Bad) service department Mike was my salesman he is a great guy, and he helped me out with a New 2023 Kia Soul, But NOTE this… This bad issuer wasn’t Mikes fault it’s the dealership and service department’s fault…. I talked to the Hagerstown KIA They tried to help me with this Issue with my Kia, But they gave up on me and would not give me a different car like my Kia Soul. The day I bought a brand new in 2023 Kia soul 2023 It only had 17 miles on the car and on my way home the day I bought the Kia, all kinds of warnings came on dash 2 times a day every day and for a new car that’s bad, so i called Hagerstown Kia and so the car was in the shop 10 times and they tried to find out what is causing the problem. The warning lights come on my dash every day since i bought the car, i have print outs and dates and times of everything, they could not find out what was causing this issue, so I'm stuck with a non-repairing car. NOTE: I would not buy a Kia Soul till you make sure that whole day it will work for you, they RIPPED ME OFF and my payments are $682.00 a month
