Every time I receive or have received a quote for maintenance on my car, the quote has always been well below what the work comes out to be. There is no difference in the quoted work and the actual work performed and I do not understand why. Also the estimated time is consistently 60-90 mins longer than what I am told. The only reason I continue to have work done here is because the quality is good but the transparency is way off! I have been committed to Hamilton for 7 years now and have referred a few others who purchased vehicles there but my next car will be from a different dealer.

Approached immediately upon arrival. Service completed within 45 minutes with contact re: need for filter change. Filter was changed and quoted price paid. Vehicle washed also in that time frame.

My car returned cleaner than I left it, it was raining so Levi pulled it up so I wouldn’t have to go out in the rain. I needed a leak fixed and the promptly took care of that, called me with the cost and had it ready as promised. Great Service!

My rating is excellent because every time I being my car in for service I am always treated with respect and kindness. They are always professional from the time you schedule the appointment when the services are completed.

The wait time for my complimentary oil change was not long at all. I was on my way in about an hour. Great service and friendly.
