My last two cars have been from this dealer. They nursed my first Sienna up to 17 years old and 167000 miles. It was never serviced anywhere else.

They followed through on my several requests, including a recall issue. They professionally offered additional maintenance and I considered my options and declined. The amount charged was very fair, didn't charge me for a few small things and the bill was even less than the estimates. Communication was clear and timely, as was the service. My first trip here with this Prius and it was very positive. Thank you Sylvester and team.

Wish to have a better experience as a new client! Decided to stop by to check the car, set up appointment, left my work early, when I came in no one welcome me. I was waiting about 25 minutes just to get any attention. The guy was in rush and the car that I really liked was broken. So be careful to buy a used car from dealership!

This dealership likes to play games and pass you from

This dealership likes to play games and pass you from person to person. My experience with them is that if you’re not physically in the store they won’t bother with you. I’ve been trying to buy a car from them for weeks and every time I call them someone takes down my number and says they’ll call me back with details about how to move forward with buying a car… no one ever calls back. Mind you I tell them I’m ready to buy today. To top it off they advertise one price, but neglect to add on the dealer add-ons to the price. If they are not optional, they should be included in the price. FYI those add-ons are an extra $3k. Bottom line beware of this place, they clearly do not value your time.

I went to 3 dealerships where I had all bad experience. I met Edgar and right away I could tell the difference. He immediately treated me with kindness and respect. Edgar really helped me land the car that I really wanted. Not like the other dealerships that tried to force me to buy what they wanted. I will be coming back to Edgar to purchase another vehicle. I will tell all my friends and Family to come to Toyota of Lincoln park and see Edgar.

I found a vehicle at their dealership via Cars.

I found a vehicle at their dealership via Cars.com and Malinda was very prompt in responding to my request for more information via the website. When I visited the dealership the next day Ahmad was very accommodating in showing me the vehicle and arranging for a test drive. He was also very helpful in preparing the sales paperwork after I decided to purchase the vehicle. Overall it was a no pressure positive experience and it resulted in me getting exactly the car I wanted.

Move on

Several weeks trying to track down a price on a car with this dealership, no follow up, won’t return messages. Then calls me, transfers me and then says it’s sold… waste of time.

The car I wanted was listed for $30,900.

The car I wanted was listed for $30,900. And I wanted to buy it. Then they ran the numbers and added a extra $5000 to the list price. And told me I had to pay for all the extra stuff. I told them I would pay for the list price of the car and no more. They refused to remove all the extra charges. So I bought a car somewhere else.
