    The personal attention and attention to detail that Chris provided was top notch. The "tour" of the distributorship made us feel part of the "family". I was amazed at how clean, quiet and professional the very busy service department was.

    It was a great experience everyone was friendly and nice. I went in for an oil change and ended up with a new car. They had it on the lot so we ended up with it. My lease on the old car was going to be up in April so we just ended up a little early.

    I regularly visit this dealership for my scheduled car maintenance. For my past two visits, I have not received a copy of what services were performed. The only receipt I got was for the credit card charged. As per the service technician who assisted my transaction, I was verbally told that multipoint inspection was performed. My questions such as what were the results? When should I plan to service them? seemed to be unclear as there was no receipt. I was told that the printer was broken today, and during my previous visit as well. My suggestion is for future visit would be to ask them first if their printer is working, before they can perform any work on my car. Besides this, I would give them a 5 star

    Was mislead multiple times. After emailing the sales rep a few days after purchase regarding fuel reimbursement on my traded in 2012 Veloster, I was told that needed to be handled before trade in. His response was "well if you would have told me you were a part of the reimbursement program..." So I guess it was my job to inform him of a reimbursement program offered by his own company. Now I am out the reimbursement of roughly 50,000 miles. Was told by Chris that my payment would be $341/mo, only to wait 2 1/2 hours to speak to a finance guy, who informed me it was actually $360/mo. Also was told by Chris that the vehicle I was purchasing was equipped with the "Pulse" third brake light system, which is WAS NOT. Now I get to waste half a day to take it up there to have them put it in. Wont be spending another dime with Butler or Hyundai. Which is sad because this is my second Hyundai I have bought new, and was planning on purchasing one of their SUV's for my fiance in the next 3-4 months.

    Professional, kind, caring, honest, and available. They greeted me, helped my find a quiet place for me and the baby so I could nurse her in a semi private area. I've never felt pressured into anything and they always make sure the car is in top running condition.

    My experience was simply outstanding! The Butler staff, specifically Mr. Dennis Moore and Ms. Stephanie Gerlach, are awesome! I was impressed by the staff's ability to intelligently explain information pertinent to my purchase and options to keep my vehicle protected. I also was impressed by the use of computer and touch-screen technology when reviewing and signing my vehicle's paperwork. It made my experience interesting and I was happy that I did not spend a significant amount of time at the dealership.
