    Professional, kind, caring, honest, and available. They greeted me, helped my find a quiet place for me and the baby so I could nurse her in a semi private area. I've never felt pressured into anything and they always make sure the car is in top running condition.

    I had a great experience with Butler Hyundai. This was my first time shopping for my own car and Chris Modory really helped me feel comfortable with the process. He is professional, honest, kind, and knowledgeable. My parents came along to view the car and Chris was very friendly and more than willing to answer all of their questions honesty. The process of searching for a car can be longer than expected but it always helps to have a dealership you can trust and I highly recommend Butler Hyundai.

    My wife and I worked with Janae, she was awesome to deal with and made us both feel very comfortable. We was looking at a certified 2015 hyundai elantra but the deal couldn't get done just cause of payment per month was the issue. She did give us some other options and we thought long and hard but unfortunately turned it down. So gave it a couple weeks and found they had some more Elantras available so I sent out an email which I was not responded to at all this time so I just let it be, figuring the trouble with negotiating pricing on the last Elantra may have been reason why we didn't hear anything back. Overall my wife and I enjoyed and had hoped we could of worked something out.

    With your referral assistance, I posed 2 questions via email after reviewing an ad on CARS.com. I receive via email 2 replies. One was a copy of the CARS ad, which did show the price I had already seen, along with an invitation to stop by that afternoon to talk about my inquiry. I assume this was intended to be an answer to the email automatically generated query about what the best price was. The 2nd email reply also invited me to stop by and wondered if I had any questions. The second question in my initial email was NOT responded to. This was my personal question and critical to me making a decision to consider whether I would fly to the dealership to look at the vehicle and discuss a purchase. The pictures in the ad had CERTIFIED VEHICLE emblazoned on the windshield. My question was simply "what exactly does that mean?", since the dealer is a Hyundai dealer and the vehicle I was looking at was a LEXUS. Actually, I'm still curious, but I would not do business with an entity that is not honest and straight forward enough to answer simple questions. If they are not interested in a buyer who is not local, they really should not advertise on CARS nationally.
