Labor charge of $480 seems excessive compared to the 1 to 1 1/4 hours repair required. Service Rep should provide a breakdown of parts and labor when quoting repair cost.

I wasn't even sure what I was looking for, but Mike was patient, asked all the right questions, and helped me get the car I always wanted. Then the finance team worked their magic to get me the right loan for my needs. All around awesome!

They were very easy to deal with from Kirstie who started the process by texting and emailing, to Shelby my sales consultant to Joe Shepard who went over the financing with me. Shelby was also very helpful in going over the functions of the car. I was happy with the deal and love the car.

Lou Fusz Kia has the best service department!! When I arrived at my schedule time, Zack met me at my car! He welcomed me and escorted me too the service desk! He explained everything too me! Within 1 minute my car was being drove too the service garage! Zack loop then escorted me too the waiting area! 30 minutes later Zack came and told me a update!! Wow! Shortly he says all done! I had the paperwork And he escorted me too my car!!! Great Job! Thanks
