    Beware of the nice guy routine that the Preowned Sales Manager portrays. They were very nice and reassured me they would properly service and prep the... used Honda I contracted to purchase. They even posted the services as being performed on the Carfax, so I had no reason to doubt their sincerity. After all, Brett Saslow’s commercial claims they perform this highly comprehensive comb through of every used car to ensure they deliver a great product. Well, it’s all BS. Long story short, they delivered a car seriously out of alignment to me even after they posted an alignment service to its Carfax! I called the Preowned Sales manager the next day who seemed shocked about it, and I told him I want to take it to my local Honda dealer to be properly aligned since it’s much closer to me than Smithtown and he genuinely seemed concerned and wanted me to provide him with an update afterward, and I told him I would share the receipt with him and he affirmed. Honda found this car was taken off road, the chassis is loaded with mud and a front axle was damaged and needed replacement. $825 later Smithhaven now decides they won’t reimburse me, not one dollar for this ‘reasonable cost of repair’ as outlined in the warranty they give. Sales manager knew I was taking it elsewhere to be fixed right since they couldn’t do it right the first time, and he didn’t discourage me from doing so NOR did he tell me they won’t reimburse me under warranty. Now, he tells me he warned me beforehand they won’t reimburse me, which is a complete lie on his behalf- otherwise I would’ve brought it back to them. Also, they delivered it with a bad autodimming mirror which is a safety issue being stuck in dim mode during the day and is basically useless and a tranny with only 1 quart of fluid in it!!! Thank God I took it to Honda because they DO NOT properly prep their Preowned cars. Such a disappointment. BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP.

    The picture shows a Mazda dealer, but it is a non-Mazda delaer who is offering this car as new. However it has more than 5,000 miles. I can expect more... lies from this dealer.

    Called to have an issue with my Jeep Cherokee looked at. I have a bumper to bumper warranty, A person in service told me that they wouldn't be able to... look at it for over a month!!!!!! You got to be kidding me!!! That is the worst service I have ever encountered. Looks like I will have to go elsewhere. So much for the warranty. I feel that is have been ripped off I will never buy from them again. Drive past this place as fast as you can!!

    I bought a "certified pre owned"2008 Challenger years ago. First day the transmission was shot,tires were all bad. Dodge service was horrible..I couldn't... get it fixed for over 2 weeks! This car was a total lemon..nothing but problems. I even bought a 2 year extended warranty. I remember asking the skamming salesman 5 times or more does it cover the radio/nav/DVD . He said yes. Guess what it didn't. After the radio incident I was done with this xxx car. Did an even trade on an infinity at a different dealer after about 2 yrs. of frustration with the xxx Challenger. I still have my infinity and absolutely ♥️ it,great car never buy a Dodge again!

    Was returning a leased car from them while also getting a brand new one. The salesman - Mazen was clearly just yes-ing me to death in order to get me out... of the door with the new car. A valet company once lost my keys, so they bought me a new one - which was clearly not programmed because it was brand new and handed to me at the dealership when I was handing them in. I asked my salesman if there was going to be a charge for programming it as I would have to bill the valet company. He assured me there would be no issue for the un-programmed key as long as I gave in two keys. 3 Weeks later I'm being charged $250 and being called a liar by a so called sales "manager." Not to mention I was given false information at-least 2 other times the night I was purchasing my new leased car.
