I purchased my first Earl Stewart vehicle 3 years ago, a 3 year old corolla, Experience was good, I purchase a new corolla 2 years ago from Karol Wilkins, Delievery of that car was perfect, Karol was fantastic, although I had minor problems with the car during a long trip north, Earl Stewart Toyota assisted getting another dealer to assist in making warranty repairs on a Saturday during a major snow storm ( temperture was -10 degrees and my heating system failed), enough said, Karol has just sold me a brand new Camry, had the windows tinted, handled all the paperwork and gave me a new car that I must say is wonderful. Due to my own time restraints, she has asked me to bring the car back to insure I understand the bluetooth, navigation system, etc.... This dealership takes care of there customers, cares about the customer and is not shy to say we made a mistake when they do ( mistakes are rare!!!!) Prior to me trading iin the 2014 corrolla, I had new tires put on at know charge because they changed my oil regularly. Hats off to ES Toyota, Karol Wilkins is one of the few honest salespersons I have met , and extremely knowledgable. Maybe next year Ill try on a new Avalon. I forgot, Betty Bowles, worked for me for many years as a marine detailer, She is a great asset to any company, please let her know that if I could, I would steal her from ES Toyota tomorrow. Thank you Earl and Stu Stewart for building the team that you have. Great Job!!!!

GREAT SERVICE"

My salesperson, Karol Wilkins, made the car buying experience a great one. She was extremely helpful and courteous. She navigated us through the entire process with ease and showed great concern to make sure that the car and paperwork were in order. We were driving away in our new vehicle in no time. I would definitely recommend her service and expertise.

Great Experience

We bought a used Honda CR-V from Dewey, and it was an easy, wonderful experience. He came in on his day off and was able to get the car detailed and a part fixed for us on a Sunday. Very happy all around - we'll be back for our next car!

Outstanding Service - Wonderful Experience-

My salesman was Mike Berkoff- Best Salesperson I have ever dealt with. I just purchased a 4 Runner 2016 and he had to find the car I wanted. He searched and found one and I just closed the deal last night. It was such a great experience The car arrived with all the features I wanted from the beginning and not once did I have to remind him of what was needed for me to be happy. I met with Andie Blanc to finish all the paperwork who was so efficient, kind and helpful. I couldn't believe how smooth the transaction was. This is my second purchase from Earl Stewart and will not go anywhere else. The service is superior, the guys were awesome. Thank you so very much! You made my holiday.

Traded repaired car, bought a new one

Dewey Ball was very helpful, fair and honest in selling me a used Camry Hybrid. I've bought 7 cars at Earl Stewart Toyota, and while nobody is perfect, any issues have always been resolved quickly and fairly, so I keep going back.
