    We just bought our fourth car from Buerkle Honda, where Scott Steinberg has been our salesman each time. He really listens to our needs and preferences, then does whatever he can to get us what we want at a fair price. On this occasion, he found the car we wanted, worked out the numbers, and sent us off in our new CR-V -- all in the space of about five hours! The dealership itself is a pleasant, welcoming facility where we don't feel rushed, pressured, or inconvenienced. We have no hesitation in recommending both Scott Steinberg and Buerkle to anyone in the market for a Honda!

    This was the first time for me to buy my own car and I found the perfect dealership to do it. The location is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. Chris Gable was a great fit for my car purchasing experience. He was patient as I figured things out and helpful when I had questions or concerns. Chris made it so easy to work through the entire process. I love my HR-V and I will certainly send friends and family to Chris at Buerkle Honda!

    There should be real certified techs that should be able to pinpoint the issue and unfortunately they couldn't diagnose my issue. They took 1 guess that cost me $250 (noise in pulley/water pump area) and afterwards, another guess that the alternator needed replacement, which would've cost me $400. This is AFTER i paid them $250 with their original diagnosis. When I fixed the alternator on my own, the noise we were dealing with still didn't go away. Went back and they looked at it for no charge, they came back with either my power steering pump OR my water pump (which I originally thought it was this anyway). They said I can go with one or the other but that "may not fix the issue". SO they're telling me to take a bet and spend $500 on fixing the power steering pump or spend $500 on the water pump and wouldn't guarantee me a repair of the noise. They were betting on the power steering pump being the issue. Ultimately I went to another dealership and they diagnosed that it was the water pump after all. If I had spend $500 fixing that power steering pump, I would've been out $500 and would've had to spend an extra $500 fixing the water pump. Complete BS and will not be returning for service at Buerkle Honda. Friendly people but xxxxxx service.

    The week of Jan 27th through feb 3 was quite a long haul week for me at Buerkle Honda. I checked into services with my 2009 honda pilot which would not start and ended up with one diagnosis after another from a Starter,to a compressor relay valve, an AC recharge issue then a battery change. To say the least, Brionna wright provided me with excellent customer service throughout the whole ordeal,by providing me with the loaner's car I needed.communicating with me clearly via email and phone on what was being done and when I could expect my car back. I was really touched by the outstanding customer service I got from Brionna and also how respectful John chavez was.
