    Spoke with General Manager (Mr. Caliri) on 2/17/17, which was very hard to get a hold of, regarding buying back my vehicle because the new vehicle purchased had numerous mechanical problems with a recall. Anyway, he said, to buy back your vehicle will cost you thousands of dollars. I am a retired and disabled veteran and will never do business with this dealership again. Lost a valuable customer! Enough said!

    Brother drove form waipahu to KINGWINDWARD. He was helped by YOSHIO. When my brother was approached he told him strait out that he was not buying a truck today. He told YOSHIO that he was only there to test drive a truck, get a quote, and order his truck. He also told him that he knew that the truck he wants is not at there lot. I guess after hearing that I guess YOSHIO didn't give a f..... He didn't want to help my brother out, because after the introduction..... My brother asked to test drive a truck 4 times .YOSHIOs response was it was not possible because they we saving the mileage for who ever was buying the truck , also there was not truck to test drive and it didn't matter to test drive because they didn't have the one he wanted. Hello the model he wanted as there. It just was not with the extras he wanted. Ok... F......bull s....!!!!!!! He then tries to sell him every single truck on the lot. My bother tells him no he was not interested. Brother then asks to get a quote and order his truck. YOSHIOs reply is I don't know if he could order one. UMMMMMM Hello......Do you even work there. Also after leaving KING WINDWARD my brother calls the dealership up. Tells them ....... HI IM INTERESTED ON BUYING A BRAND NEW TRUCK. IF I COME IN TODAY WILL I BE ABLE TO TEST DRIVE A TRUCK? SALESMAN SAY OF COURSE. WE HAVE 26 TRUCKS THAT YOU CAN TEST DRIVE? BOTHER TELLS PERSON ON OTHER LINE WHAT JUST HAPPENED. HE SAYS IS THAT HOW YOU GUYS DO BUSINESS THERE? SALESMAN SAYS I DONT! AND I DONT KNOW HOW YOSHIO DOES HIS BUSINESS. WELL FYI THIS IS WHAT YOSHIO DOES. Bottom line bad service, lazy salesman. DOOOOOO NOT GO TO THIS SALES PERSON. HE WANTS ONLY WANTS TO MAKE A SALE. IF WHAT U ARE LOOKING FOR IS NOT THERE, HE WILL NOT HELP YOU. ATTENTION KINGWINDWARD ... GET RID OF THIS GUY. He will make all of you guys look bad.

    I went to this dealership after I saw an online listing for a 2014 Maxima SV. The price in the listing was reasonable for that style of car. However, the car was actually the less upgraded S style and overpriced especially considering that the 2016s are already on the lot. When I brought up the inflated price to the salesman he said that anything less than the advertised price would be an insult to his manager and he would not take my offer to him/her. He didn't even bother to find out what I was prepared to offer. In his final act of rudeness as I was leaving he yelled across the showroom floor that the price was generating a lot of interest. While that might be true since it was falsely labeled as the more upgraded style, the car is still on the lot after 6 months so all that interest hasn't led to any sales. Don't waste your time with this dealership. How you are greeted from the beginning is an indication of their customer service and this guy went from barely tolerable to rude and hostile.

    I bought a 2014 Nissan cube, May 2014. I brought the car in 3 times over the brakes. First time was Sept 12,2014 because the brake pedal was popping back at my foot and was having stopping issues I got the car back September 13,2014, Second time On December 3,2014 supposedly they couldn't find the leak it was and internal leak and the fluid was low in the master cylinder Rey said .So the couldn't find the leak, so they replace Master cylinder I got the car back on December 12, 2014. On December 19 2014 my brakes went completely out causing me to run into a steel gate causing damage to the front bumper.I had my car towed in to King Windward Nissan. I even Tried to trade it in and get another vehicle. Paul said it was only worth $15000 because it had issues, it's amazing that a car can deprecate $7000 in 7 months with only 5740 miles. I guess that's what you get when you go to King Windward Nissan. So they called and told me on January 6th 2015 that my car was ready and so I picked it up January 7th and started home in it and now it has lots of engine noise and rattles under the hood and whistles real loud when you hit the brakes.I was told, when I dropped it off they told me they found a leak in a brake line, didn't understand how they found it, it was never put on a lift an the hood was never raised.But when I picked it up the receipt shows that they replaced the actuator and brake lines. I even contacted Nissan America from the Lemon law paper that they give you at the dealership and they are absolutely worthless.     I have purchased my Infiniti G35 in 2010 from King Windward Nissan. The car was perfect and have never had any issues with the car itself. I was greeted by the saleswoman in an instant. I was sold on the Infiniti after the test-drive. It was a very fast process and seemed like the saleswoman was interested in making a sale. During the sale, my final price was quoted with GAP insurance. Because I had already been pre-approved through my bank, I chose not to use their financing option. Basically I ended up paying for their GAP coverage and my banks GAP coverage. Shouldn't they have known to remove their GAP coverage since it is a financing add-on? Well when I contacted the finance guy at the time, he asked me to give him the account number and they would reimburse me the money. No money was exchanged. I decided to not worry about the $300+ because he seemed to not care. Recently I was involved in an accident where my car was totaled. I purchased King Windward Nissan Pre-Owned 5 Star Warranty from Warranty Solutions. Once the car is no longer in-service, the purchaser is entitled for a return on what's left on the coverage of the vehicle. I have been trying to receive a straight answer from the finance department for months. The team doesn't seem to care much. I have been told I would be contacted by their Customer Care manager; 12 days later still nothing...

    12-23-12 > I had made an online inquiry and Lahela responded within the hour. She was very friendly over the phone and so I made an appointment that afternoon. She met me at the front door and from our meet and greet she was so warm that she made me feel like family. She had the Altima I inquired about ready for me and when I got to the dealership my interest shifted to the All New Pathfinder. Not once was she pushy. She helped me walk out of there with a brand new Pathfinder with zero down and monthly payments were still within my budget. She had answers for all my questions and explained every feature of the vehicle to me. I had pudchased 3 vehicles in the past from other manufacturers and not one of them showed me where to find wipers or headlights or even explain the functionality of dash features like Lahela did. Just before we left the lot she took the Pathfinder back to have the guys re-vacuum the seat because they missed a spot. She made the whole experience painless. She also made follow up calls and sent emails to see if we are still happy with our purchase and offered her further assistance. I recommend Lahela if you want a no pressure, painless and very friendly and informative experience. WE LOVE YOU LAHELA!

    I rate King Windward Nissan Service department outstanding. The service consultant Mr. Doug Bayot was very helpful in ensuring that my vehicle was covered under the extended warranty for the transmission which had gone out. He had my transmission replaced and had my vehicle finished within 5 days. I highly recommend any customer to him and this dealership. I will not take my vehicle to anyone else or other dealership for service repairs. If their was rating of 6 stars, this dealership would get it hands down.

    DOUG BAYOT does the bare minimum of his job requirement and nothing more - he does not provide accurate or time efficient customer service, and on the two separate visits we worked with him, exhibited little competency and concern with regard to our vehicle and us as customers. The simplest request from our first visit was to update our contact information, which despite his confirmation was not changed. If this dealership is convenient for you, REQUEST JASON ARAKAKI TO COMPLETE YOUR SERVICE!! He has helped us in the past, providing better customer service by calling to keep us updated about delays with the estimated wait time, offering options like a loaner or rescheduling when the time was significantly more than expected, and trying to offer the most cost efficient way to complete repairs.
