He kept me updated throughout the process and made sure my X5 was properly diagnosed and repaired. It took a little time to get to the root of the issue, but Eric made sure everything was done right. Junior was a great SA, he helped me get my windshield wipers fixed, they were going off intermittently without it being on auto or rain. They found my car was in emergency mode and got it fixed quickly, my car runs super well. Thanks Junior appreciate you
