He was transparent, kind, and friendly. I did not feel pressured or manipulated. I also met the floor manager, Justin, who was respectful and thoughtful in his explanation of my payment options. I worked with RC on my financing, and he, too, was terrific in working with me on my financing and warranty options. These guys are top notch. I brought my 2011 F150 in for Audio System and drive train repairs. I had the pleasure to meet the Service Advisor Carson Schneppershoff. He was very attentive to my descriptions of the truck's problems. He went over the top helping me. I got rides home, even to the airport, while they ordered parts to fix the issues. I had an extended warranty, and Carson called them up and setup all the payments, etc. I have never had a better Service Advisor, and believe me, I know. I had a satisfactory car-buying experience with William at Huntington Beach Ford. However, I signed the contract under the impression that specific protection add-ons were required when purchasing the vehicle, such as Cila-jet Protection, Glass Defense Protection, Forever Start Protection, 3M Door Edge Protection, and Theft Code Protection. These are listed as optional on the contract and not required. Despite my efforts to have these charges removed, the Finance Manager, Bob, only agreed to remove the GAP Waiver. As a result, I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and initiated mediation with the New Vehicle Board of California. Dealing with this issue has been a significant waste of my time and has left me feeling betrayed.

I recently visited Huntington Beach Ford while looking to buy a new vehicle where I was looking to buy a new vehicle. My initial contact was with Danny Nguyen (Salesman) who showed me several vehicles which i was interested in. I was then to test drive the cars that I was interested in, through his through knowledge of the vehicle I was then able to come to a reasonable decision. Upon choosing the vehicle of my choice, my next stop was the Finance Department where I met met AJ Slaton. AJ took me through the complex world of auto finance where he explained to me in every detail every question that I had. With his years of knowledge I was able to make what I felt was a reasonable decision. AJ, was honest which is foremost when purchasing a vehicle either new or used. I I commend Huntington Beach Ford for having such knowledgeable and honest staff such as AJ and Danny. I will recommend Huntington Beach Ford to anyone I hear of needing a new or used car. Fred Silva
