    ident. The first response I got from Herbie, was "OMG, are you okay?" That meant the world to me. He wasn't interested in a sale, only in my health. I wasn't a number to him or Efrain, I was a person....a friend. This isn't the sales car dealership of the past....it's a part of the community...and a few people of which I consider friends.

    in a 3-day period, the inernet price on their own web site and on Cars.com changed from 23,526 to 25,400. I was able to hold them to the first price, but I was surprised that they increased the price.

    worked with me and even agreed to drive the car more than half way to me. Subsequently, I discovered a tire with a plug in it. When I contacted the dealership, they looked into the claim and decided that the tire should not have left on the car. They decided to pay me for replacing the tires on the car. Instead of driving Malloy, they worked with me and I got the tires where I live. I think that D.J. Lilly is very honorable and I would have no hesitation buying from Malloy again.

  • Disappointed with used car purchse

    o say they were very motivated to make a sale. We liked the Santa Fe very much and the price was good, but being a used car it had some scratches and other cosmetic issues that we were concerned with. We told by two different sales people that their detail department would be able to take care of those scratches and you "wouldn't even be able to see them" after they were done. Well, we just picked up after they had the vehicle for two days supposedly detailing it and fixing the issues. When I arrived at the dealer I could quickly and easily see that nothing had changed with the scratches and chips in the paint. It's just another case of over-promising and under-delivering. And these car dealers wonder why people are starting to order cars online now. So disappointed!

    lt to drive. It wondered all over the road and took continuous effort to keep the car straight down the road. When the car went in for service we mentioned the problem and asked them to check the alignment. The alignment person spent a considerable amount of time adjusting and correcting. The vehicle now drives like a totally different machine. We were amazed at the difference. We purchased this vehicle from an out of area dealer and Malloy never hesitated on the repair. To make the experience even better, we were not charged for the alignment adjustment. SPECIAL THANKS to the Alignment person and to the Service representative. Great Job, Great Service!

    e need to be reminded that this is a business transaction. The process of purchasing a vehicle is complicated and it requires patience and communication on both sides of the desk. Obviously the dealership is trying to be profitable and the customer is trying to get a good deal. That's life. My experience was great and everyone was nice. That's a rarity in today's retail environment. TJ and the management team were professional, informative and personable. I was there for quite a few hours, asked a million questions, talked about every possible issue/concern, even beyond closing time. At the end of the day, we shook hands and made a deal. My FJ is in pristine condition inside and out. As my truck was also in beautiful condition, I'm glad I went to a dealership that understands the value of having quality, well-maintained automobiles.

Because of the before mentioned, which was highlighted by Michael Sullivan's professionalism, and Malloy Toyota's fair price, I purchased a beautiful 2011 Toyota Avalon. I walked away extremely satisfied with my car buying experience.

    haggle process as this one. I brought the car online, completed an application and purchased with all paperwork out the door in 2 hours. Paperwork was 15minutes. The service team cleaned and detailed the new car for an hour, so great. The sales team was fun. I even got to attempt shooting a basket with them, too cool.

  • Terrible Service Dept!

    Scheduled an appt to get a recall fixed. 2 weeks later the night before my appt they call to change my appt from 3 to 1pm. No problem I call sat morni

    ng to tell them that fine. That's where the problems begin. It takes me 7 phone calls to finally get a hold of someone. They either hang up when it rings or never answer a continously ringing call. A lady answers once and says they're busy and I just have to wait. Finally I get Lorenzo after an hour of calling who tells me they don't have the part and will call and reschedule when they get it in. Really?!? My appt was scheduled for 2 weeks, they even called me the night before to have me bring it in early "so they could fix it all in one day" and on the day of the appt they "don't have the part". Incompetent to say the least ... with this type of eresposibility why would I let them work on my vehicle!?! Very bad experience for my 1st time here!
