    We are proud owners of a brand new 2017 GMC Yukon thanks to Christi and the hard working staff at Shamaley! If you look up the definition of persistence in the Dictionary there should be a picture of Christi! Now she was not pushy or pressuring at all unlike other car salesman we have dealt with in the past. She was persistent in finding the right vehicle and deal for us even after she was faced with a few road blocks. She was absolutely wonderful and went above beyond. Joe Palacios (New car Manager) sat down and actually took the time to really explain to us the process and our different options. Patrick Edgar and the service department have been super helpful to me since we took our previous vehicle in for service work. Ive done business with the competition and can honestly say from the sales to the service department Shamaley is the best GMC dealership in El Paso! Oh I almost forgot Greg Machado. Thank you Greg for putting the customer first and really working hard to exemplify great customer service! I want to thank you all!

    Shamaley has been great to deal with however, I purchased a GMC Sierra that has the "Chevy SHakes" (google it) at no fault of Shamaley. My new Sierra has spent more time in the shop trying to correct a factory defect. I'm On my second set of tires and wheels and road force balanced three times. GM corp has no idea how to correct the issue and tries to throw different fixes at the problem all along social media has shown that most of the shake was corrected by the driveshaft being rebalanced. Really GM engineers!!! Going Japanese or maybe FORD asap.

    The salesman was very nice and accommodating. The overall service was good except for buying process. It took a long time to get some numbers. They offered to take the vehicle to test drive and get some lunch while they gets some numbers for us. When we return two hours later they still don't have numbers for us. We end up wait for another 45 mins before I told them we're leaving. We were at this dealer from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm. The worst part when the manager told my wife because we took so long for lunch and he still can't come up with numbers. Most ridiculous statement for a manger to tell a buyer. We decided not to buy the truck.

    Took my truck in because the A/C stopped working. They said the condensor was bad and that there was a national shortge of condensors. To this day my truck is not fixed its been 2 weeks. GM products are the worst Ive seen in all my lifetime. I used to love Chevrolet but now they are made so disposable. Never would I go to this dealer to get anything done. They did not even offer a rental

    Being a newly single person this was the first car I bought without my husband so I was nervous. But Robert N. knew what I need. After test driving the second car I fell in love with it. Every staff member I met was so friendly and also enjoyed the hot dogs and drinks. The only thing buying a car is always a long process but it was worth it. Thanks

    The shuttle service was extremely convenient and the dealership did a great job of communicating with me both through calling and emailing about the status of vehicle. That is something I had not experienced at other dealerships. Great customer service from the advisors to the Asst Manager who happened to me my shuttle driver on that day. He stepped in and kept the shuttle service on schedule after the driver was a no show. A great example of good customer service!
