They insulted me when I try to negotiate the price and shown us the door , unethical treatment , rude behavior. Preowned manager was very rude and shouting... at us, they are only money minded and do not have any intention for customer satisfaction and they told it’s my mistake to travel this long distance and come to our showroom. They also were telling this is what our price , buy if you want and go home , don’t waste our time

We priced the Odyssey you were interested in at a "Great Deal" and it was Certified as well. ...We gave you a additional discount and unfortunately you felt that wasn't enough and we clearly told you before arriving we couldn't go lower. My husband and my family are a Honda family. We had a Honda salesman that was our family car salesman for years and always treated us as family. Unfortunately,... he has cancer and because of treatment will retire early and spend time with his family. My husband and I have two labs and are expecting a baby. We need a new car to accommodate the new addition to our growing family. We went to Honda of Owings Mills with the intention of just looking at the CR-V's because we were very nervous to buy from someone we didn't know. Then Jon Hereford greeted us. He was very personable, genuine, and knowledgeable. Much to our surprise he helped us find the exact car we were looking for and we now go out on a drive just to be in the car! After we bought the car he could have handed us our keys and sent us on our way but instead he helped us for another half hour setting up our features in our car like syncing our phones, setting the radio stations, etc. This car salesman will be our new family Honda car salesman and should be yours too! We can't say enough good things about him as a person and his knowledge on Honda's. Go to Honda Owings Mills. They make the best cars and have Jon Hereford as a car salesman! :)
Dealer refused to sell the vehicle at their advertised price that was on Cars.com and dealer website, they claimed that it was a price listing mistake,... they went ahead and fixed the price and they are selling it at msrp. However, the discounted price stayed on Cars.com for another 1 days before it was finally off the listing n it is also went off the new inventory listing on the dealer website. It seemed like that they sold the car to someone else for a higher profit or someone they favor.

Classic bait and switch. They should be ashamed of themselves. Quoted me a price and, after driving an hour to get there, a phony theatrical effort to... raise the price. I’d rather wal everywhere then buy a car from these cheaters and liars.
Bought a brand new Civic Type R from HONDA of OWINGS MILLS on 4/1 and having non-stop issues since I got the car. It’s annoying to have to deal with issues... on a brand new car, it should be crisp and ready to go. I am a repeat customer to this dealership and have been coming here to buy and service my Honda’s for years but this experience has swayed me away completely. In fact, I have referred family and friends to this dealership but will inform them about my experience and negligence I have seen this time around. ISSUE 1: Car had deep scratches when I bought it. Team agreed to fix it once identified. Firstly, I shouldn’t identify the clear sighted scratches, it should have been pointed out to me when the car was being readied OR it should have been fixed for me not to notify. Anyway, I took the car back to have the scratches taken care off, team fixed the scratches BUT now there are swirl marks all over the car. Its ABSOLUTE non-sense to BUY a brand new car and have swirl marks everywhere, I wash my cars by hand and was told that this is how the black color works… PLEASE!! Now, after discussion, team agreed to take a look again and figure out the solution. Bottom line, I am moving out of Maryland coming Monday (4/15), I have a lot on my plate and now I have been told to drop off the car again. I DO NOT have time and that’s the reason I always buy brand new cars so I don’t have to deal with the maintenance shenanigans – This is absolutely INSANE. I can’t live with this car like this, spent too much money and having a disoriented product is an extreme disappointment, this car should be spotless – it’s a freaking Type R. Dealership MUST take this car back and fully refund my money and get me back my traded in car – I am done and don’t have time to deal with maintenance nightmares. ISSUE 2: Tire pressure light keeps coming back on every day and I have to pretty much calibrate TPMS every day - it’s annoying and I am not sure what the issue is. Took it in and the tires pressure was twice to what it should have been, they corrected the tire pressure and was told that all is well. Guess what, the light is back on, not sure what’s going on. I am honestly starting to think they have sold me a freaking LEMON. ISSUE 3: I bought the car over a phone because I TRUSTED the dealership due to our long relationship. I didn’t even drive the CAR before I bought it, relationship matters and with relationship comes the responsibility and due-diligence to serve the customer at BEST. Anyway, I was promised to receive ALL WEATHER MATS for the car including the trunk. The mats were not in the car when I drove off, I was excited to get a TYPE R and didn’t notice. I texted back requesting for MATS and I was told to give 10 stars rating and the mats will be given with the paint fix in my next visit. I agreed and completed my survey. GUESS WHAT, trunk mat is not INCLUDED now. I have text messages to prove all of this.. BUT, bottom line, I was promised something and it should have been there w/o clarifications/demands/back-and-forth. Hate to do this but I want others to know to make sure they test everything before they step-out of this dealership. Starting to think that RELATIONSHIP doesn’t matter in today’s world and age. If you want sleazy salesmen that make your stereotypical car salesmen look like everyone's favorite grandma, this is your place. They will lie about inventory... they will lie about deliveries. They will try to bait and switch. The only thing that they won't do is sell you the car they quoted you. Don't worry though, it will be everyone's fault other than there own. And at the end of the day the salesmen you had been working with won't even be man enough to get on the phone and tell you himself. He will have a coworker call and try just one more bait and switch. Oh, and if you gave a deposit for the car they promised you, I hope that you enjoy fighting to get it back from them. I'm highly disappointed that I can't give less than 1 star.
I was traveling from over 500 miles when my car started to have issues. Aaron Cucina from the service department got me an appointment right away when... I made it to Maryland, and he promptly got me a rental car and fixed mine. The staff here is amazing, they explained everything that was wrong with my car in a way I could actually understand (which was great, a lot of dealerships just speak gibberish). Aaron was more than patient with all of my questions and concerns, and he made sure that my car was safe for the travel home as well as for the future. Please come here for your car concerns- even if you didn’t purchase a car from them. Very trustworthy and AMAZING experience!
Went in to inquire about financing a 2019 accord LX. I was told I should look at a 2018 accord because 2019 models have incentives. lol. I went along with... the salesman and looked at the 2018 model he had. I was told I should lease for $400/mo 3,500 down, and I asked for options with financing. The salesman pretended to be on the phone with the 'finance guy' to get "the numbers", and I never got an answer, but instead I was given a reason why I should jump on this great deal today. Needless to say, I left, tried another Honda dealer and was given a far better deal and I was shown my options. In all, the experience was rather amusing, But what a waste of time.

On January 16, 2019 I called Honda of Owings Mills to inquire about a used vehicle that I was interested in and was prepared to purchase. Salesman Sean... Brunson answered the phone. We had a brief discussion about the vehicle over the phone and I told him that I wanted to talk about the price over the phone, before I arrived at the Dealership. I do not like going back and forth in person with Car Salesmen about the final price of a vehicle. Mr. Brunson assured me that if I just come on in and test drive the vehicle, that he would make sure that the deal is completed and that I am a Very Happy customer. There was something in his voice that I could tell that he was very sincere with that comment. I arrived at the Dealership shortly thereafter. When I arrived at the Dealership, I was surprised learn that Mr. Brunson was only 21 years old. I have been purchasing vehicles for 40 years. My experience with Sean Brunson was the most pleasant vehicle purchasing experience that I have ever had. I explained to Mr. Brunson that I had already had Financing pre-arranged for the vehicle, and that I didn't want any extras added to the vehicle. I made him a very reasonalble offer and he accepted it. Throughout the process, I felt that Sean Brunson was being very respectful of me as a customer without playing any games. Sean Brunson promised me that he would "make sure that the deal was completed and make me a Very Happy customer". He delivered on both. Anyone looking for a used Honda, or any other used vehicle, Sean Brunson is the man to see. He is a man of his word. Thanks, Robert Young
