    It was at the end of the month and the salesman wanted to sell the car to me so his numbers go up. I made it very clear i am NOT looking to finance I only... want to pay in cash After much discussion I finally agreed to buy the car as I live in New York I explained that my bank is not nearby and I need to pay a large amount so I would call to wire the money. They told me no problem then we went to the finance dept. at around 8pm to finalize everything and he told me it cant be done, so the sales man got upset and said he will work it out. The finance manager (Leendert Pijpers) started getting upset and explained the office is closed to wire money so I told him no problem I will come back tomorrow but obviously they wanted me to make the transaction the same day. So he told me alright give a deposit of $250 and we will have a contract in place and it will only go into effect after 15 days. The contact will be saying if you done come back to pay the balance after 15 days our bank will bill you, but again this will only go into effect after the 15 days. I asked a couple times if my credit would be checked or if it will even be ran and thy assured me not. He rushed me to sign papers I did then left the office. The next day I came in to pay off the balance and he swiped my card and since I am not from the area and it was for a large amount the bank declined it. The finance manager started to raise his voice on me saying that I am not legit and I dont have money and cant even afford it. He then threw a paper at me and said wire the money then we will speak. after that I wired him the full amount and I printed the confirmation and showed it to him, he then turned his face away from me and said ok bye. I asked him what about any paperwork or bill of sale like something to show I bought the car.. he said you dont need it but you will get it in the mail. I was confused then said Ok and left. the next morning i got maybe 20 different emails saying that someone ran my credit 6 TIMES! I right away called the dealer and asked whats going on- they said ok whats your receipt number etc. then I remembered he didnt give me any bill of sale or any paperwork WHATSOEVER showing I had even bought the car. I went in to go speak with him and confronted him about it and he screamed at me that he gave me the bill of sale and paperwork like proof of purchase. I told him that he didnt and he screamed at me so loud that the co-workers had to close the doors. I told him to check the camera to prove it and he just screamed in my face and started to cuss me out like he did before. he then said ok i forgot and left. i explained that even when you walk into a dollar store to buy water they give you a receipt! how about if I got pulled over I couldnt even prove its my car! he then printed the receipt threw it at me and walked away. these hard checks are still on my credit for the next 5 years. they offered me $300 to shush me up and not to go to media or sue because they used my credit and social # behind my back without consent. even after i got the car it broke down a week later in middle of the highway that got me stranded- they ended up paying for the fix because it was under warranty but didnt pay for the hotel claiming it was my fault the car broke down.. its not 3 months later i still havent received the title to my car and when I contact them the lady (Jackie) is so rude and disgusting with me even proof over email and different witnesses like my insurance company when she called to set up the registration. besides the fact they treated me like a dog and acted very disgusting and rude with me he did something totally illegal behind my back and wrecked my credit TOTAL SCAM BEWARE

    I bought a 2013 Nissan Sentra SL from Derek Gould this past week. I live in upstate NY just south of Albany NY. I found the car on line and went to there... dealer site, I did read all the different reviews about this dealership and I must say they did me right ! I must say I am very happy with the car! It was a great Deal and did not have a scratch on it just like I was told. My eyes popped out of my head when the delivery truck pulled up in front of my house. I give NORTHWEST HONDA 110% on my whole experience. I will buy another car from these guys I did not step one foot into there dealership because I cannot drive that far because my back and leg issues. They took care of me told me not to worry about it and they did great ! Thank you Northwest Honda ! Bruce from Up-State NY.

    I can’t even begin to explain how satisfied I am with my experience. This was my first time buying a car so initially I was very nervous. After meeting... Derrick he assured me that I was in good hands. The gentlemen at the dealership not only got me financed but with the help of Jerry, I was able to get State Farm insurance as well. Jerry, Derrick and Joe will have me and my family as valued customers for life. They made sure through every step I was comfortable and had a good understanding of what I was walking into.     I had a very smooth experience purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. Derek was my sales representative and extremely kind, knowledgeable and very easy... to work with through this experience. Preston was my finance manager and, like Derek, Preston really made the process pleasant. He was very welcoming and informative. Both gentlemen made this a pressure-free experince, which was wonderful! Definitely recommend.

Debbie in customer service has been with Honda for many years and she's... always been accommodating, pleasant and cheerful.     I saw a Acura RDX on the website called and inquired midweek. Due to my schedule I was unable to get the vehicle until the end of the week. However the... process was short sweet and to the point. Everyone was kind courteous and professional especially my sales consultant Derek and the finance consultant Duke. Not to mention I absolutely love my vehicle. I definitely recommend this facility to anyone who is in search of a great reliable vehicle for a great price!

    If I could rate this location lower than a 0 I would! I am beyond FRUSTRATED and feel like this location has the worst customer service we've ever... received in car buying and full of DECEIT. We purchased a car from salesman, Kenric, on April 26, 2018 and traded in a car at that time. The total trade in value was higher than the amount we put down on the car. So, we should have received a payoff check for that balance. At that time, my husband was told that the check would be available for us to pick up Monday or Tuesday of the following week. When my husband got home that evening, I looked over the paperwork and discovered that the PURCHASE PRICE ON THE LOAN of the new car WAS ACTUALLY HIGHER THAN THE STICKER PRICE! Yes, my husband should have noticed this, but the dealership was about to close and he was rushing to get the purchase signed quickly so he could start his 2 hour drive home. I contacted the salesman and finance contact, Larry, about this. (Larry was the person who wrote up the sales contract.) Kenric said he had no idea why the purchase price would have been made higher but he needed to see the paperwork and the finance department was not available on the weekend. He would call me on Monday with an answer... It has been 2 weeks since the purchase of the car. We have texted, called and left number voicemails for Kenric, Larry, the General Manager, Sudip Guptha, and now a title clerk, Jackie and still have not received our trade in check or answers as to why the purchase price was listed higher on the sales contract. At one point, Larry said that the purchase price might have been higher to cover their costs to prepare the used car I purchased from when it was traded in. That makes absolutely no sense and when I asked for a better explanation, he was going to get back to me. Didn't happen. The reasons I have been given on why the trade in check is not available changes from: it takes a few days, we are waiting on the new loan to fund, waiting on the payoff to finalize, it takes 7 to 10 days, or the new answer is that they are waiting on the title...which we signed over on April 26th. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.

    For buying my first car, this dealership made it almost completely painless. Everyone was nice and polite and walked me through all of the steps necessary... into leasing my new Honda accord! I want to give a special shout out to William Butler: who has been helping me for about a month in this journey and Preston Jenkins: who assisted my in all of the financial paperwork for me and my mother to go over. Highly recommend! Its been a week so far and no issues at all!!
