I had been been to the service department several times for oil changes etc however this one Saturday I was in the area when my car started acting crazy.... I went to Crown Acura and was told I needed an ignition coil. Price quote was 500 plus. I told him I would have to come back because I was prepared to pay that much. I was worried because my car sounded like a Chemo truck and the check engine light was blinking.. The tech then said he had a part. Didn't know how long it would last but it would cost me 200 ish. I went with it.. At least it would buy me time. The car started doing the same thing as soon as I left. Called Monday the same tech said he had given me a quote for two by accident. I tried to hsve them check to see if another ignition coil had gone bad but they were always busy. Went by another shop and found out they did not hook things back up which is why I was having same response. Went by there this week B5 code. I was quoted one price twhile there then the tech Said the price in their computer was not updated or incorrect. Crown Acura service is friendly but they have lost my trust.

My wife and I have been trying for weeks now to speak to someone from your dealership about the problems that we are having with the car that we bought... from you just under a month ago. My wife is currently at the Crown dealership at our hometown and they are hesitant to let her leave on the rear tires that are currently on the car which WE replaced just over TWO WEEKS AGO after nearly running off the road on the bald tires that the car had! My wife is about to purchase another two rear tires, and I don't need to explain to anyone that this is unacceptable. Everytime we attempt to call, text or email we either get no response or are left on hold for long periods of time. While at the dealership in our hometown they attempted to call only to have no one answer until they tried the Service Desk and were transferred over to Mr. Hakeem to then have him redirect him over to Christian Maldonado in Finance who then left them on hold for over 30 minutes and still never returned. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT TREATS CUSTOMERS THIS WAY!!!

Recently had service on my 2017 TLX and the service department was wonderful, Jim was extremely helpful. Would not take my vehicle anywhere else. Would... highly recommend Crown Acura to anyone needing service on their vehicle.
Long story, but what started out as a very bad experience with Crown Paint & Body, we were recommended to talk to Marita Gregory as a customer service... advocate. Marita is excellent and after a few discussions/ correspondence she referred us to and as a suggestion we talk to AJ Wood at Crown Acura. Although Marita and now AJ and his entire team had nothing to do with what had just happened, they had all hands on deck and turned a stressful situation into one of the best experiences we have had with purchasing a car. They listened, expressed empathy and worked very hard to help us and to deliver a solution that worked for us. My husband and I walked away with an excellent car and the knowledge they did the very best they could do for us on the purchase of a new car. These folks are honest and hard working people - they care and it shows! If you want to buy a car, I highly suggest Crown Acura for new or used.
