This is my 3rd cehicle prchase from a dealership and 5th total vehicle purchse in 20 year and this is by far the worst customer service i have ever experienced. A simple windshield replacement as part of the purchase agreement due to a crack. The vehi le was held for over a week with no contact on the status of the vehicle. Called multiple times and was told there was no records stating it was even a work order to due the windshield. After it was finally completed the collision light was on. Brought it back to ask about getting fixed but the work order was never completed so they showed no record of its accomplishment. I was told I would be called back to set up an appointment after they could find out where the work order went. No call after 3 days so i called with still no resolution. This went on for a week, i finally asked what third party did their windshields and contacted them. They more than willing to help. Sadly it was not on their end. Now going on the 3rd week of the collision light being illuminated i finally have an appointment but not after being assured i could get a loaner vehicle while it was in the shop by the sefvice manager and then being told that it is no possible as they are reserved for only new vehicle owners. The merry go round of IDKs, the lies, and the poor customer service and lack response to phone calls and the complete negate for status of work is a wonder they are still in business with this kind of customer service
