The staff is very friendly, they don't pressure you at all, and they explain very well everything.

I believe this was my 4th or 5th car I’ve purchased at valley Honda. This time for my son. An adequate compromise was reached on price which was much appreciated. Roland was very pleasant to work with and he took the time needed to make this sale happen and make it a win win.

I was recently in the market for a new car and ended up at Valley Honda just to check what cars were available. I worked with Roland, who was quite helpful; he listened to my wants and needs in a new vehicle and presented me with a few different cars to test drive. I purchased my last Honda from Valley Honda in 2011 and when I was in the market for a new car I knew that Valley would be the first and last call I would make. I had the pleasure of working with Julie Olson who made the whole experience of buying a car completely transparent and stress free! We were able to work out the deal over the phone and within an hour I had the preliminary contract with absolutely no surprises! Julie continued to reach out with updates since the car was in bound from the factory. I received a pleasant surprise from Julie that my car had arrived earlier than anticipated. When I arrived to pick up my car, Julie was waiting for me and the paperwork was ready and basically all I had to do was sign! I was able to complete everything in about 2 hours. Julie took me through all the features of my new CRV and helped to get my seat memory set and paired up my phone to the hands free.
