We are long time customers of Valley Honda; and always have had good service. This time, with Fred Simms as our salesman, our service was exceptional. At our first meeting we were immediately greeted and welcomed. His knowledge and integrity were evident throughout our dealings. He wanted to create the best buying experience possible for us. George Steuer is very professional, experienced and empathic. He made all the purchasing process be quick but detailed at the same time. He was awesome and used English and Spanish to make all explanations well understood by myself. It was a very nice customer experience.

Lance was great to work with, he’s friendly, courteous, and communicative. Unfortunately the day I was trying to negotiate a deal, he was with another customer. His colleague Larry tried to help out and was doing a good job, but it went downhill as soon as the next guy (Jim) stepped in. He was not helpful and did not keep me interested in allowing him to try and earn my business. I ultimately purchase my new Honda Pilot Trailsport from a different dealership.
