Best used car buying experience ever. I found the car I wanted and they were willing to work with me on the price. I worked with Jason who was really great... and answered all my questions. I wanted to have it looked at by an external mechanic, but they had their own shop and promised to get the car in tip top shape. They replaced the brakes, rotors, shocks and fixed some minor internal things in the car. I've had the car for over a month now and no issues. I would definitely buy from this place again!
Saw the deal on this vehicle and called this dealership,spoke to a sales rep and had already started making inquiries with my bank until that salesman... was replaced by another extremely pushy one whom I repeated told was not his sale and that I would simply wait until the original person that helped me would contact me.So he decides to call me back through another gentleman pretending to be that salesman.Went online saw the reviews and they saved me.Thank GOD!Boris you areNOT Alex!

Found a used BMW X3 advertised online at this dealership. Decided to drive over there as it is only in the next town over from me. Took it for a test drive... and ended up making a deal on it. They offered about the same on my trade-in as other dealers, but their X3 had the options and color that I was looking for. Overall good experience, would recommend to my friends.
Ended up purchasing a 2010 Acura MDX here. Customer service was great and they spent plenty of time explaining what was needed and how the process would... be. Very friendly people and willing to listen to what you have to say!
Terrible with following up, don't bother trying to contact them via email. They use a 3rd party call center in Salem NH to contact you, the call center... called me 3 times while I was at work and pressured me to answer questions and could not discuss the car since they are not the sales staff. I emailed them several times and only received automated response's, They are not in touch with today's internet Buyers. If you want to buy from them you will have to visit in person in hopes they still have the car your interested in. I am a out of state Buyer and could not even start the buying process via email or phone. Choose another dealer

Bad experience. They called me 3 times, ask me to schedule a test drive, and we set up an appointment the other day. After I drove 30 miles from my home,... the salesman wouldn't let me test drive the car because the car is in the showroom and it was all cleaned. unless I'm ready to make the deal that day. The salesman was extremely rude and unprofessional. I said "you called me 3 times to ask me to come over for a test drive, now you won't let me do it, thats ridiculous. " and they said unless i'm willing to do a credit check, otherwise they won't let me drive the car. the salesman was extremely pushy, rude, and have 0 patience. this place is not fun, not fun at all. stay away if you have other options.
