I had the pleasure of dealing with Tom Thurberg this week. He was very easy to work with and was very intuned to my needs. He made it a stress free purchase and went above and beyond by pulling a dent out of the side and fixing a burn hole in the seat. Horrible service department. They don’t return phone calls. No consideration for inconvenience of bringing a car in for service. Shop closed on days they are supposed to be open. Brought car in 3 times for same issue and it was never fixed.
