One complaint we have is you can always tell a mechanic

One complaint we have is you can always tell a mechanic has been in the car (greasy smudges on steering wheel, seats, etc) Other than that, midway is great.

My vehicle went into the service shop for a rear window

My vehicle went into the service shop for a rear window motor replacement and an oil change. My window motor was done but my oil change was not done as asked. Not to mention my vehicle was in the shop for 3 weeks for a window motor that is an awful long time. Also when I bought my vehicle there was a crack in my grill and was told that the grill would be replaced. When it came time to replace it I was told no because it was to expensive. I have bought 3 vehicles from midway. 2 were purchased a month apart. I referred my sister who night a vehicle my mother in law who has bought a vehicle a friend and an aunt all bought vehicles. Never had a problem up until now!! I night a GMC Acadia last September and an Audi in October. I never seem to have an issues with my Audi but any time I bring the gmc in for service or anything to do with that vehicle get nothing but issues wether it’s timing or employees holding there word or sticking to our agreement. I will no longer be buying a vehicle there anymore nor will my family in friends. Unless someone tries to make i right which I doubt.

Bill was awesome in explaining how they purchase a used car with a couple issues and they would be fixed before I left the lot and he kept his word and more.
