Bedt dealership that i have did business with

Midway auto in abingdon ma was the best experience I had buying a car they worked with you with no pressure to buy our sales man Frank santino made the process so easy we went to see what they had we found a very nice car the price was what we looking for and he helped us all the way within one hour we were approved took it for a test drive i also liked that i didn't have to run to get plates they did all we picked up our car on Thursday it was all cleaned inside and out the best place to buy a car i wii tell all friends and family to buy there

Great Experience

They had the cars I wanted to look at and at the price I could afford. Purchase was easy. The Salesman, Bill, did an excellent job throughout the process and it was the first time talking with Finance Manager that I didn't feel pressured or beaten down. I'll go back when it's time to do so.

Great Experience

This is the 2nd car I bought at this dealership. It had been 4 years inbetween but the dealership is still outstanding. I dealt with Frank Henry - very professional, helped me narrow down my search, answered all my questions. Very happy with my purchase.

Best car buying experience ever!

Tom Morales was my salesman. He was knowledgeable and helpful. No high pressure! He showed me cars in my price range and did not try to up sell me. That was awesome! I’ve been to other dealers recently that played the game and I was definitely NOT looking for that type of experience. Everyone was great. Kevin was the finance guy and he was great too. I highly recommend this dealership. I met a man there buying his 3rd vehicle from Midway. I will be back to buy my next car from Midway!

purchase family car

Our Lexus was getting too small to the the family car, we were unsure what we wanted fora vehicle. We went to see Charles and told him what we were thinking. Charles asked a few more questions let us look at different vehicles and test drive a few..as we almost gave up he suggested we look at the Murano we loved it...and purchased it

After the sale

Overall the sale went smoothly. However, I had a defective FOB which I had asked prior to the sale if there was another key. I was told no so I figured I was stuck with the only key they had. After a day of dealing with the key wiggling and not closing down properly, it got a bit frustrating. I was afraid one day it would get stuck in the ignition when the FOB detaches from the key. Sucked the enjoyment out of the new to me vehicle. Seeing that they just made a nice sale, I figured it wouldnt be a big deal for them to order a new key/FOB. I was told no can do. Needless to say, I will be having the car checked over to ensure it was actually inspected and serviced. Ive had the car one week today. Very disappointed about this. I retract my recommendation to my inlaws to buy there.
