Service department has terrible customer service!

Service department has terrible customer service! Dropped my car off at 4pm for an 8:30am appointment the next day. Started calling my service advisor around noon but would not pick up or call me back. Called the main Service line multiple times but no one picked up and no one returned my calls (left message). Finally called another service advisor I had worked with before and he actually did call me back at 3:30pm and said “oh they finished your car last night didn’t someone call or text you “ - not! So frustrating -how do they stay in business?
