Let me start by saying that I don't believe that Smoking and Customers go together. I had a very good experience buying my car and then getting the fi
rst service. While there for service I walked in and out of the building, only to get a face full of smoke from several employees at the Front Door. When I looked over to the side I realized that the management must allow it because they had Ash/Butt containers that were also smoldering. I would call David Reed who is a Non-Smoker and buy another car tomorrow if I had the money. These guys work 6-12 hour days to earn a living and I know that he will appreciate your business and show it. Great place to buy a Car or Truck, plus it will be a Toyota! Samuel

I took my car for break service. I got an initial call with an estimate in the morning. Then I received no other call and all of my calls went unanswe
red I even got hung up by a receptionist. When I went to the dealership the job was not completed. I came to find out that my Service Adviser had walked out of the job earlier that morning. And my car was not assigned to anyone for competition so I was in limbo. The manager Todd took care of me and they finish the job. This is a busy place and might not be staff appropriately. They were honest and they apologized for the troubles. I will give them another try on my next service.
