Sales experience was great. It's the follow-up. I bought this car at the end of June and purchased a warranty that includes tire road hazards (ie nails).... The tire pressure light went off so I took it up to their service dept. Called me back and said it would be $25 to repair and wasn't covered on the warranty which is not right. Better than that, told me all 4 tires were "almost completely worn out" and said they could replace them for $825. I called Corey (sales manager) and he said he would take care of it that the tires are fine. Called 4 hours later bc I hadn't heard back and was told the tire was plugged. When asked why I was told they were bad, was informed they are instructed to upsell customers but the tires are fine. That's it. Now I'm left wondering if the tires are actually ok and have to take to my mechanic to confirm. Taking advantage of people is bad, but taking advantage during a pandemic when people are losing jobs and struggling is another level of awful.

Dealership and staff were good to work with. Outlined options, reviewed concerns (pro/con), negotiated effectively. Made a very lengthy process streamlined.... Responded to competitive offer appropriately. Largest Mazda dealership in 5 states, so if you're interested in a Mazda (or a similar vehicle), I strongly recommend heading over there. You'll definitely learn more about what you're looking to purchase as well as educate yourselves about the process in general.

Wentin to have my car serviced. The bill was way more than I expected so rather than pay to fix it, I decided to put that money towards a down payment.... The dealership had a car I kiked, gave me a decent deal, and I love this CX 5 tons more than my 2016.
