    We walked around the parking lot a long time in the heat. A group of salesmen were standing around with their hands in their pockets. We had to go find someone to help us. Found a car we wanted and it took forever to do the paperwork. Again - lots of salesmen standing around shooting the bull. One salesman- with a name that was initials - was laughing uproariously and saying God-da**. I told my salesman I thought that was inappropriate and he said he'd go punch him. These salesmen acted like lazy kids. The paperwork lady tried to guilt us in to buying extra protection and was very rude. NEVER AGAIN.

    I had a horrible experience with person checking in the vehicle. He did not seem very confident in the service department's ability to resolve my issue. After checking in my auto I ask for a ride to my wife's work place. I WALKED from Oliver road to the court house to get my wife's car. The teck did find the problem and fixed my car under warrenty. I do thank the technician. Over all this negative experience will stop me from purchasing another automobile from this dealership.

    Ryan Auto is truly a great dealership. I've bought from them many times and have had the best service you could ask for from a dealership. The folks are kind and very attentive to ones wants or needs, whether you're there for repairs or buying a car. They bend over backwards for you. So I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

    my husband took his truck to ryan chev to have some recalls fixed. they initially told him it would take a couple of days. They have kept the truck over a week now. My husband has called everyday, accept sunday, to talk with the representative and check on the truck. He has left numerous messages. He has yet to receive a phone call from Ryan Chevrolet. Yesterday he had to physically go to the location just to speak with someone. The man said the truck would be ready today. The truck is not ready. if they are going to keep a vehicle over a week, especially to fix recall parts, they should provide an alternate transportation for the customer. At the very least, they should return phone calls and keep customers informed about their vehicles. When my husband discussed his truck with various friends and coworkers, everyone said DO NOT go to Ryan Chevrolet. Once we get the truck back we will never go back to them for anything. We will go out of the way to get to the next Chevrolet dealer.

    On December 9, 2015 I had an appointment to have my 2015 2500HD serviced, but due being tied up in a meeting I missed the appointed time. I called and spoke with Service Advisor Kathy, she assured me that it was not a problem and to bring it in at my earliest convenience. I arrived 30 minutes after my call and was greeted by Kathy and she told my truck would truck would ready in about 45 minutes. When I arrived to pick up my truck Kathy was assisting another customer. There was another Service Advisor (Travis) at the service desk that did not acknowledge my presence, he just continued to push paper around on his desk and ignored me. I patiently waited until Kathy returned and signed my invoice and was on my way. In my opinion, regardless who the Service Writer is they are all representing Ryan Chevrolet and should all greet a customer and acknowledge their presence.
