I Briana Marsh had an amazing time trying to find a car at Charlie Obaughs. I wanted to give a shout out to "Brent Groff"! Brent Groff is defiantly a good sales men. Gives honest opinions, will work with you and is very patient. I would refer him to anyone who is interested in buying a car at Obaughs.

I dealt with salesman, Hunter Hudson.

I dealt with salesman, Hunter Hudson. I went in to see three vehicles is saw on line. Hunter was very patient and spent time showing me each vehicle. I purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Malibu. A week later I needed assistance with a feature on the car I was not familiar with. I reached Hunter on his cell and he was very responsive in assisting me. If you go to his dealership, see Hunter Hudson.

My wife, our granddaughter, and I visited Charlie Obaugh

My wife, our granddaughter, and I visited Charlie Obaugh Kia on 1/15/24 to look at a used 2023 Elantra they had on their lot that our granddaughter was interested in. We met Sales Associate, Melissa Cline who warmly greeted us. Even with snow falling, Melissa cleaned the car off, brought it inside for us to view, and invited us for a test drive. After deciding this was the one, our granddaughter invited her parents to come take a look and discuss. To make a long story short, a deal was struck and finalized. We were so impressed by Melissa’s determination to make this a great experience for everyone involved. I should also say that there were never high-pressure tactic used, that both Sales Manager, Josh, and Mark, who finalized the paperwork, were efficient and stayed in the background as Melissa moved the process forward. We sincerely appreciated the staff’s kindness and professional manner in which they went about their work. We consider Melissa to be an excellent representative of the dealership and without question recommend her if you are seeking a knowledgable and efficient sales representative.

Continued disappointment!

Continued disappointment! I bought a 2019 Chevy Colorado ZR2 from them little over a month ago now. Less than 30 days the check engine light came on and needed fuel rails replaced. Within two days of repairs it is now leaking fuel and must be taken back in. Also to those veterans seeing the service flags out front, they gave no recognition or offers. Will be looking for another dealer to take personal and business purchases elsewhere unless something drastically changes.

Great Experience, Very Professional

We were very pleased with our new car buying experience at Charlie Obaugh Chevrolet! Our sales rep, Jose Gaona was polite, energetic and knowledgeable. Even though we had to wait for the car we were looking for, it was worth it! A special shout out as well to to Pete Dedecker for his help with locating the exact vehicle we wanted! We were also impressed as to how the staff at Charlie Obaugh worked together throughout the whole process.

Amazing experience with Brent Groff this week.

Amazing experience with Brent Groff this week. My car was totaled in an accident and I was not in the position to get another car AT ALL, but he and the team made it happen. Not only did he find me something, but he worked and searched until he found something that I would be happy with! I am both grateful and impressed with the service and care I received. I will definitely be back!

Customer Service Manager suggested that I bring my

Customer Service Manager suggested that I bring my Enclave in for a paint job since it was under warranty. I took it in and he was very rude about the process said he never seen my vehicle and did not suggest that. Told me to file it on my insurance and hung the phone up in my face. I would not have made that trip back across the mountain if I wasn't told to bring it back. I will not take my vehicle back there regardless of what it needs. The service stinks and especially for a manager to act that way I can only imagine how his team performs with a leader like that.
