    Greg Shank was so easy to work with and more willing to accommodate than any other dealer, which is why I passed by the multiple dealers closer to home here in DC and bought my car from Browns in Richmond. Best car buying experience I have ever had in 20+ years.

    The service personnel were courteous and respectful. My vehicle was ready when they said it would be and they did not try to stick me with a repair that was not needed. I need a few items fixed on my car ( bulbs out in instrument cluster, rear engine seal ) and I would appreciate any coupons or service specials to help with the cost of repairs. Thank You
