Great Experience

Working with Mo and the entire staff was excellent. i had communicated with Mo for over a week on email and text. When i arrived at dealership, everything we discussed was what i was presented with and we closed the deal. No games, no hassle. Everyone from Mo, the Sales Manager, and the Finance Manager was a very good and pleasant experience

Just like any other dealership - they lie

This dealership received a vehicle I was interested in over the weekend. I made my interest in it known as soon as they were open on Monday. Everyone was cooperative, I was told they expedited the inspection so we could get the ball moving on this. I passed over 2 other opportunities (for a car I've been looking for for a long time). I spoke with a sales person every single day about the car. They let me know today that the vehicle should be finished with the inspection. I was pumped and ready to go give them my money. Then they texted me to let me know they just sold it to an employee. xxxx happens, but I've been in contact with this dealership EVERY. DAY. When I requested to come see the vehicle, they told me to wait until the inspection was done, so I did. Then they sold it, anyway. I'm sure they're fine if you're buying a new car or something but the integrity just isn't there. I missed two great opportunities because I was assured I was going to get the chance to come check this vehicle out. They lied.

Brown’s VW went above and beyond for my Mother

My mother is in her early 70’s and was buying her first car. It’s was something she didn’t ever have to deal with when my father was around and due to Covid-19, I decided to help her as much as I could as she was overwhelmed. Having worked in customer service for almost a decade, I know good service when I see it. I worked with Manager Rabhi Saba and Seandra was my sales person. They were both friendly, sincere and made the process seamless. They knew my mother was coming from more than an hour and a half away and communicated with me for almost two weeks in order to finalize the deal and get my mother her new VW Golf. Brown’s VW has a solid reputation for a reason and I witnessed it firsthand. I went to other dealerships to do my due diligence and felt that they would sell me anything to make a commission. Seandra listened to me and asked great questions that showed she cared. Rabih helped me get financing through a bank and didn’t push their financing on me. They both listened and made it a great experience for both my Mother and I. I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else.

Car wouldn't start. Called Brown's

Car wouldn't start called customer service and talked to Jeff. He gave me the name of a good towing service (Green's Towing), they started the car and I went to Brown's. Fixed my car with no appointment! Again excellent service (no stress). I have always been able to count on Brown's! Great people!

Great service

I had both of my kids with me and there was a play area to keep them busy. The wait was not long and they employees were friendly and even made some “mom” jokes with me.

Wonderful staff

My salesman mike was fantastic. He knew what I wanted and did not push further. He made sure I knew all my options and everything going on as I've purchased vehicles but none from a dealership. The rest of the staff was equally kind and educating, but mike really shined.
