Excellent Experience

Always a good experience getting my Hyundai(s) serviced at Hyundai 112, The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and always willing to help you solve any problems. The waiting area is pristine and very comfortable. Prices for repair are within fair market value especially for a dealership. I will continue to use their service department as long as I own a Hyundai, I currently own a 2011 Elanatra and a 2010 Sonata

My third Hyundai from this dealer!

I'm somewhat pleased when I purchased my last vehicle from this dealer. The salesman (all three times) was great; informative, knowledgable and efficient. I was told that they had an option of zero percent financing which I agreed to. When I went back to pick up my car, they told me that because of my credit rating (which they never showed me) I had to pay 1.9%

Amazing service

All the staff at hyundai 112, including my sales man Mike Lugo and the manager Larry Hall was incredible. For the first time ever walking into a dealership I felt comfortable. I didn't feel pressured to buy and that's why I came back. Thank you for making this the best experience. I will try my hardest to send lots of people to you guys!

good buying experience

this is the fourth Hyundai we have bought, great cars. This is also the second car we purchased from Nesenger 112, no problems, staff was easy to work with, I feel I got the best deal possible. They could use more customer parking, but I assume it was because they are so busy.

Hyundai 112 Sonata Limited

I purchased my Sonata at Hyundai 112. The staff that assisted me Nick Trinidad and Nick I. We're great! The transaction went smooth, and there were no surprises. The car had been leased prior and when I brought it in for a Bluetooth issue the service staff Darlene could not have been more helpful. It was a great experience, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Strong Customer Service/ Customer Loyalty

Wonderful service department is a strong reason for customer loyalty. Costs are kept down for a dealership and only necessary work is recommended and fully explained. Customer satisfaction is not ended after the sale is made and they are working unceasingly toward building and keeping a strong brand with customer loyalty and longevity to rival and surpass other brands. Would definitely buy and service here again!

Friendly and knowledgable salesman.

My salesman Vinny was terrific. He continues to follow up on the status of my car. When I took my car for an oil change very busy but organized and moving the cars out on a steady basis.

Business Manager is not vey honest.

My wife and I purchased a used vehicle from a salesman named Tim. He Was Great! He listened to what we wanted, offered advice and negotiated with the salesmanger for us. It would have been the perfect deal except when it came time to pay for the vehicle. Long story short, they have a "Business Manger", who's name is Ginger. Ginger made an "Error" and finalized the papers and sent them in with an extended warranty that we did not want. This in turn increased my monthly payment and my loan amount. After numerous visits, phone calls and pleading they refunded a part of the extended warranty.
