    My overall experience was quite positive. My sales agent, James Boyd was very courteous, professional and helpful without being overly assertive about... making the sale. After making the decision to purchase a Kona, he made every effort to get me the car in a color I preferred. Everything went smoothly until when going through the check list, I asked why the temperature read 104 degrees. James did not know, so he asked his sales manager, Rich. And I quote " oh that is normal- needs to calibrate". Not really getting a clear explanation, I left with the car. Next day car temp went to 140 degrees and check engine light went on. Bad sensor was replaced, but I have to say, the sales manager Michael was condescending and completely unprofessional. I quote " check engine lights go on all then time. This is our busy end of month, so it may take us some time to take care if this" REALLY??? I JUST BOUGHT A BRAND NEW CAR FROM YOU???? Thankfully James was professional as always and had the car picked up, fixed and delivered the same day. Surely this was not the experience I would have expected buying my first Hyundai.

    James Boyd my salesperson was knowledgeable and professional. Best of all he was great listener and more focused on helping me make a purchase suited to... my needs rather pushing a sale. He encouraged a thorough test drive of the same vehicle that I was looking to buy. I really got a chance to experience the 2018 Santa Fe Se Ultimate with all it’s wonderful features. Furthermore it gave me and my family the opportunity to decide on the vehicle together. It also let us make sure that it fit in our garage— it is a surprisingly long car. When I returned from the drive 99% sure of the car (only hang up was color). He told me to take the time to think about it and be sure that he would hold the car (it was the last one). A couple of hours later after talking with family I decided it was the car for us and called to let him know. Next morning I bought the car at a great price. It was a straightforward, surprisingly pleasant transaction. Female and 60, I have bought, leased and sold many vehicles —— more often than not an unpleasant experience. James was a breath of fresh air throughout the process. Even when a slight snag out of everyone’s control delayed the delivery, James and 112 Hyundai came through to smooth out the issue. I feel that I can confidently Recommend both James and the dealership with no reservations.
