A lot of unnecessary services were included which ballooned the price 5 times. No communication about the status of the car was provided. Horrible experience overall. None of my cars will ever be serviced there and wouldn't even consider this dealership to buy a car there

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review I recently brought my Tacoma in for service, which included an oil change and tire rotation. I was assisted by Jon Tagupa, who looked up my vehicle history and informed me that there were two factory recalls as well. He suggested that I leave my truck overnight so they could complete the oil change, tire rotation, safety check, and both recalls — saving me an extra trip. Jon also arranged a hybrid loaner for me, which made everything so convenient. He was friendly, professional, and very efficient throughout the process. He kept me updated and told me he would text when my Tacoma was ready the next morning. The facility is top-notch, and I felt that I was treated with genuine care by Jon and the entire staff. I’m very pleased with the service and will definitely be returning for future maintenance. There’s a reason I live in Seattle but drive to Renton Toyota — for first-class service every time!

They got us the car we wanted! It took a couple of months but the model, the exotic color—everything. Peter out hustled some other dealers; Bradley gave unbelievable assistance (even picked me up at the airport); Micheal calmly explained everything as he took my money; Tony laughed at one of my jokes. They charged us too much money but we got our beautiful RAV4 hybrid in Cavalry Blue!!

We bought a car from here and they gave us only one key, we wanted to have the 2nd key, but they couldn’t find it, that’s Ok, we’ve been told the key guy will come few days only in the afternoon to this location and we agreed to drop our car here and get the loaner car, we came here today to grab the loaner car and drop our car until we get our key on Sunday, our sellers person talked to people who might get us a loaner car, but, for some reason, this people took time and finally we’ve been told that we don’t get the loaner car, we are wasting out time and everything and we are going home without fixing the key problem and I was amazed how bad are the people who are behind this treatment. So sad! Our sells person was amazing and I highly recommend to anyone to see this gentleman, his name is Omar!

Very organized and efficient. Everyone was friendly and really happy to get a loaner car, which I wasn’t expecting! I would recommend Toyota of Renton to my friends!

After receiving a letter from Toyota, I called to make an appt. They ordered the part and called back to schedule. They had a loaner waiting for me which I had not requested and did not need. The job was completed in less than 3 hours, including the complimentary car wash!

Service member came out quickly, listened to some concerns I had about the truck, and took care of things! Service time was less than expected.

I exclusively schedule maintenance at this facility and have always had very positive experiences. Service managers are fair, provide honest and fair recommendations and don’t apply sales pressure to do more repairs than necessary.

Renton Toyota is no longer a relatively close Toyota service center for me. In fact it is a five hour drive for me to reach the service center but after using several other options for survive of my Tundra and am happy to make the extra effort.

The best Toyota dealer in the country if you going to buy a car!! The customer service just I can say that is the best!! I felt confident how they handled all financial process is absolutely the best Toyota team! And they care about all details during the delivery, just thank you so much!!
