120 k service and repairs
It was an expensive repair, but our 2008 Volvo XC70 is now good to go for a while. The work was done timely and professionally. I had ‘Beyer Bucks’ that we’re honored after the transaction. Great friendly service! Ted and Tracy were my agents.

Unexpected Repair
Car was unexpectedly towed in late Friday. As usual.I, was able to speak to Tracy, explain the situation and it was fixed by Saturday afternoon.

The best car shopping experience so far
Joe was simply amazing and the entire process never stressed us out. Nobody in the facility was pushy or forcing us to buy and made sure that we got all the information that we needed. We literally visited 3-4 times to check out the same CPO that we decided to buy. Joe was patient enough every time.

Scammed by the Jammer
Was lied to at length in order to purchase a used XC-90. Upon discovering the lies and finding out my sales man jammer was actually attempting to cover them up I went right to management...who tried ( unfortunately successfully ) to sell me more items to fix the vehicle. I bought everything they offered. I did everything they asked. The fact remains I now have a mechanically unsound vehicle that I paid wayyyy too much for and a management team that went along with it. I have bought vehicles from Don Beyer Falls Church for years and the Dulles team should be ashamed. The one silver Lining is my service advisor BJ was amazing from the start.
