Amazing customer service

Was a walk in and they accommodated me the same day Dropped off the car for service and was provided door to door Uber service Called me to inform service was done and an Uber was provided to the dealership to pick up my car. Very very pleased with the service.. esp Ali who was my customer rep was outstanding

Another Stellar Service Experience with Don Beyer

Dear Don Beyer Volvo: Another stellar service experience with Don Beyer Dulles last Thursday, November 31. Service Advisor, Ali, and Team demonstrate that they value me as a customer in providing genuinely a "white glove," concierge service. Work class team! Notwithstanding my commitment to the Volvo brand and its cars, I will be buying a new Volvo in the next few weeks because of the service. Excellent service.

Smooth check-in with a loaner. Excellent communication. No hassles. Pick-up was smooth and repairs and needs were clearly communicated. Work was covered by warranty where possible.

Work as advertised

Car in for service. Did required maintenance and found legitimate additional issues. Was informed and issues resolved. Waiting area with lots of room. Staff receptive to questions. Spent a lot of time in the XC90 front seat - most comfortable seat in the house.

Loved DB dealership Volvo for years But...

I had my car towed to the dealership. BJ was friendly professional and knowledgeable. I came in with one thing wrong with my car ended up paying for two things to be repaired and I was told that my tires were dry rotted and I needed a brake job on the front tires. This is my third Volvo and I am a little upset because I just had my 55,000 miles check up the first part of August I don’t understand how supposedly my tires have dry rot in that short period of time considering I haven’t driven that much because of surgery. I am considering contacting our local television station because this is not what I expect from Volvo.
