Save yourself the headache...go elsewhere!

Long story short, I purchased my XC90 from here and negotiated an aftermarket add on. They didn't do it correctly and ultimately ended up messing up my paint. I called and called and called each time leaving messages for a "Manager" (to include the GM) that was either always busy or conveniently out of the office and never heard back. Ended up going to Volvo customer service who made them call me. When they finally called and we took the truck out there, they tried to tell me the issue wasn't their fault b/c the truck wasn't assembled correctly. They then took it in to repair it and gave us a timeframe for when it would be ready then called two days later at 4 PM telling us to return the loaner that day. Now keep in mind, each time they called me, they only wanted to speak to my husbad... I know this because the Volvo ticket was opened with my cell phone number and so was the service tickect. When I finally spoke with a Manager (this was the guy who couldn't admit they screwed up to begin with and blamed Volvo) he said he would call back to confirm what the issue was and if it were covered under warranty...to date, I haven't heard from or seen him since I dropped off my truck! Customer Service here is THE WORST and this dealership clearly should not be apart of the VOLVO family. By looking at the place, it is evident they put their money into making the showroom look good instead of hiring employees who possess above average customer service skills. I wish I could give this place zero stars but the sysmem won'tet me.

Relaxed and friendly atmosphere

Very nice building and friendly, professional approach to car sales. Let the vehicle sell itself. Matched another dealer's price. All the staff.... from sales, to finance, to the Manager were all great people. And Joe's cookies sealed the deal! One of the best car buying experiences I have had...(probably my 20th new car/truck). Overall would highly recommend the Dealer and the Volvo XC 60 I bought.

great service

Our buying experience 3 years ago was so easy and low pressure. Since then I’ve had all my xc90’s repairs done at Don Buyer Volvo and it’s been excellent service! Loaners always available and staff is very professional.

Don't get a repair here

One customer service representative destroyed my experience there last time I will be going... They take it personally when you don't buy there service or the price they quoted you...

Great service Don Breyer Ashburn

Slightly used Subaru

Good people. Can’t describe what a delightful experience it was working with the competent, friendly, and laid back staff of Don Beyer. They appear to have also just remodeled their facility. Very nice. They also allowed me to take a business call in the middle of the car purchase, giving me a private space to do so. Absolute pros.

I've been a customer of Don Beyer for over 20 years and couldn't ask for better service. Everyone there treats you as if you were the most important person on this planet! If you're looking for the finest car on the road (I've been driving Volvo wagons since my first 1970 145 S ) you really can't be in better hand than the staff at Don Beyer.
