I bought a Dual exaust for my tundra fromthis place and they charged me 2000$ for some gaskets and bolts when the spec clearly tells you that only thing... you have to Do its remove the existing single exaust and installed the duale on reusing all existing hardware the services guy call me after dropping the truck saying that since my truck was not brand new anymore that I needed new gasket and bolts that the cost the 3/8bolts and the gaskets was 500$ after purchasing three vehicles from then still rip-off we going take our business elsewhere
Terrible experience went in for oil chang fluid check etc I specifically told the service associate when checking in that I needed washer fluid well after... a 90 minute wait when driving away I tried the washer fluid which was empty. Now I wonder did they check anything and did they even change the oil totally incompetent and I called to talk to a manager and surprise surprise only got voice mails
Oh my God.....Such an awesome experience from the beginning to the end. Out of all my purchasing experiences with buying cars this was the fastest and... the best. All level of services rendered exceeded my expectations. I would personally like to thank the finance department personnel and all who had a hand in getting this deal done. I will not mention all names because I would not want to leave anyone out. For my salesman Andrew Swigert......You go boy!!!!!!! McGeorge Toyota West Broad Street, keep up the great work you're doing.
My experience at McGeorge Toyota has been a long agonizing journey. I took my car into get serviced because it was still under warranty. It took an entire... week to do a small job. Two days after the repair, the car breaks down again. My service rep, Ben, told me that the only way to find out if it was related to the repair was to bring it in. After bringing it in, Ben informed me that if it wasn't related to the warranty repair, they would charge me for it. Quite the bait and switch, but it gets worse. They don't even plug my vehicle to their toyota software, but just a simple car diagnostic tool. Then they turn around and tell me that it will cost over $3k to fix it. Luckily I have my own diagnostic equipment otherwise I might fall for their less than scrupulous business practices. Do not go here for service even if you bought your car here.
Randomly went to the dealership on Friday night...spotted a car we liked (they were actually closing). Went back the next morning for a test drive and... bought it the same day. Everything was made very easy.
28 Dec 2018 - I am now at 1 success and 2 failures with McGeorge Toyota. The 1 success was in Feb 2017 when we paid $23,000 for a Camry XLE with no hassles... at all. That all went great. We just now (Dec 2018) tried to buy a Camry XLE with no options and ended up with another negative experience. The salesperson was fine. The problem was with the second guy in their process ("sales manager") - he tried to force us into a Camry configured in a way that we didn't want for around $3000 more than what we ended up paying elsewhere. My recommendation remains to try McGeorge first to see all the colors and options (since they have so much inventory sitting there already), but buy elsewhere if you don't get lucky like we we did in Feb 2017. If you draw the wrong person in sales they try to overcharge you, or mistreat you, or both. As of this writing in my area (Richmond, VA), the price for a 2019 Camry XLE with no options added, and before taxes and tags, seems to bottom out around $25,200-$25,600.
I first purchase of the RAV4 was in Aug. of 2017. I loved this car, but, one Sunday in Mar. a man was not watching traffic and rammed my car forcing me... into the rear of the car in front of me. My car was totaled. I went right back to my salesman Garland Willis and purchased a 2018 RAV4. This car does everything but drive itself. I have owned Toyotas since 1979 and have never been disappointed by them. Mr. Willis was the perfect salesman. He made sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. I could not be more pleased.
Hail storm hit the car i was buying and they wont fix a thing. It was on there lot and i hadn't sighed the papers or nothing yet. The fact i was told to... call my insurance just infuriates me. I paid for a car without hail damage. U wont get a good review from me on any of your platforms. Ill hit them all. Promise.
I purchased my first car (Toyota Tercel) from this dealership back in 1996. So I decided to come back to them to purchase a used Camry. The customer service... that I received from Tina was great. Unfortunately, her manager was not willing to come down on the price of the car that I wanted so I ended up buying my car at another dealership with all the features I wanted at a lower price.
What a great dealership!!! My husband and I were so impressed we felt no pressure in finding our new 4 runner. Thank you so much to mr.Willis you are #1... in our book!!
